学生采访。普林斯顿大学社会学家托马斯Espenshade进行严格的回归分析，得出如下结
果，此此结果也被新闻媒体广泛引用：如果想被名牌大学录取，在其它条件类似的情况
下，亚裔学生 SAT 成绩必须要比白人高140分，比西班牙裔高280分，比黑人高450分（

上面提到说core mutual fund（large cap.blend and large cap. value）要占总的至
少2/3。我看了下我的那些mutual fund，发现里面有的有图告诉我是属于哪个category
，（e.g. 是large cap. blend还是large cap growth等等)，有的只是给出credit
quality vs. interest rate sensitivity 的图，有的什么图也不给。
我想请问既然都是Mutual fund为什么不一样，是不是我有些基本的概念还没有搞清楚
？如果是的话，能不能请告诉我怎么回事，或者指点下我应该去classroom的那一部分
去学习？

lz公司不一样的地方有以下几个：
1. 如果通过了icc公司的技术面试，也就是lz文章的2.1的话，会先签一个协议，协议
上面会注明，找到项目后给员工的具体薪金，这个薪金是绝对可以申请H1B的数目。这
个数目是基本工资，工作一段时间后会根据员工的工作情况加薪，干得很好的还可能有
bonus。之所以之前的工资只会是基本工资，是因为还不能确定员工的工作能力，但是
工资不会一成不变的。
2.培训、住宿不收取任何的费用，提供up to3个月的生活补助，每个月$150。
3.会提供免费的training，大概4-6个星期，根据人的情况不同会有不同。
4.公司在job market 最好的 WASHINGTON DC区域。

我孩子不到三岁，15个月因为发育滞后开始接受EI治疗，18个月时EI机构严重怀疑自闭
，排队几个月后21个月在美国top5的权威儿童医院拿到经典自闭的诊断之后一直接受强
度很大的各种训练。。我不常来逛这个坛子，因为我家孩子让我担心的地方，和这里家
长们通常讨论的东西，根本搭不上边。。大家在讨论怎么推娃，上什么兴趣班的时候，
我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的
猜测，非常震惊。当然，也同时看到很多general ed， gifted ed的家长们的同情和爱
心，和让人温暖感动的话，在这里也想替我们这些家庭，谢谢你们的支持。

之前不是发过帖子征求意见怎么雇保姆吗？后来就用了之前房主的保姆，觉得她应该不
错吧。从房主那里也了解到这个保姆很可靠。本来对保姆期望值不高，至少照顾好孩子
就行。用了大约一个半月了，从12周我回去上班开始的，昨天终于强迫老公偷着放了录
音笔在家。晚上回来听了，直接shock了。我是颤抖着听完的，老公直接拒绝听下去。
我老公最后离开家后，直接就变了个人。立刻打开电视电脑，讲电话，大半天几乎没听
到和我儿子讲话，我儿子太天使，自己一个人能玩到睡。后来，我儿子实在是无聊极了
