socks,这个也满有用的。
你是说wrist还是waist ,这个可差很大？不过你要是总要向前探，才能够得到handle
bar，我估计是fitting的问题。 |

发帖数: 19210 | 9 1. 冬天骑车要穿冬天的cycling shoes，像boots一样，5度的情况其实穿个hiking
shoes（防水的那种，不会那么透风）就行，因为你没有上cleats。鞋外面最好像老铁
说的那样再套个shoe cover，要想cheap的话就找双大大的旧袜子套在外面。
2. 可能是不习惯，然后把重量都压在了手腕上。这个久了就习惯了。还有就是手腕要
打直，手放在hood上，别着急放drop上。
3. 玩了我找找看有没有跑版那种bad
running forms的video。
Now here are the questions:
1) Today it was about 5 celsius, I was mostly fine, but could not feel my
feet when I got home. I wore my running shoes (New Balance WT101). Any
suggestion on how to keep feet warm? Or it is only because I go too slow?

cycling shoes, 从下往上，最底下那双是第一双cycling shoes, 其实是山地车的鞋子
，好处是cleats装的比较深，不骑车，休息的时候，也可以走上几步路，现在基本上退
役了.第二双和第三双是逛bike store, 看到 $9/pair的大甩卖的时候买的，一双用来
上spinning class, 一双用来平时骑车用.
running shoes. 全是VFF, 我一直穿bikila LS, 上个礼拜在REI又进了两双，一双KSO,
一双VFF Spyridon LS. |

约 0.5 x
1.5 cm 的洞。他说这样通风好。
我想买双非常轻的鞋子。我也搞不清楚自己现在的鞋子有多重。大家有啥建议没有？
鞋底的材料有啥讲究没有？ |

要是趴着骑， 我真不知道自己的后背是否足够强大。另外对车的控制不知道是不是差
些？
不过趴着骑，我觉得有两点对我非常有用：
1. 减轻手掌的压力
2. 减轻脚对 cleat 的压力 |

Got up 4am since the transition area will be closed by 5:30am. It’s
interesting to see so many people hung over on the nyc subway at 4:30am. A
clif bar washed down by powerade for the breakfast.

around 5:00pm
Bring your own lunch, tackle(rod, line, leaders, sinkers), and bait. I
recommend backpacking as we need to move around quite a lot.(exploring)
IMPORTANT: hiking shoes with good treads, or go baseball cleats if you don't
want to die of a free fall.
Walmart sells the surf rod.
Vietnam fisherman store sells Achovy, and everything else you need.
Ranch99 and Marina food sells Squid.
