imagine that's how the shoes work...
I think the price is pretty decent considering you don't have to change
shoes for a few years...
One more note...if you are getting SPD, make sure you get the cleat covers
too...they cost about $10 a pair from PB. They are really useful in
preventing sands, dirts, etc from getting into your cleats.

road bike), felt some hot spot , especially around the cleats if the trip
is longer than 15 miles. so I decided to give regular road pedal a try,
found out it is difficult to start and stop with the road pedal, this is
comparing to the mountain pedal I used to have. those cleats are so slippery
to walking on the road .When I try to stop. I have to make sure the bike is
completely stopped before I can touch the ground. |

迄今为止挺满意，走路确实不方便，骑起来很不错，因为有时候想不穿锁鞋就commute
一下，所以选择了105，pedals面积大，没锁鞋也没关系
看到ironman2015推荐的CrankBrothers Eggbeater，非常心动啊！如果下次需要换
pedals的话就这个了，105的cleats用起来好像挺费的。这个eggbeater的cleat貌似全金属的，应该撑的久一些吧 |

shimano M530 pedal还有multi-release的cleats，据说容易上下脚，我比较怕摔。

里要穿厚的，赞支持simms，我前些时候因为买了drysuit，要出一套崭新的G4 pro，价
格便宜100刀都没人买，只好留着自己用，不知道simms生意如何，能卖多少waders。以
前simms也有drytop，就是因为市场需求小给砍掉了，现在市面上的drytop包括kokatat
和simms的用料比起来简直差了几条街，希望他们能长期做waders。我也买了simms
guide boots，相当好，做了改动，加了korkers的鞋底，呵呵，对了，我有不少不用的
carbide stud等等，有simms原装的cleats等还有其他品牌的，你的guide boots应该能
用上，需要的话给我个地址，一并寄给你，海钓我只能用korkers的spikes，这些stud/
cleats等等留着也没用，可以够你装备几双wading boots的，站内pm我地址，不用客气。
俺们这里天冷了，sandy飓风过后，海边的parks基本都没开，也没地方钓鱼，大概只能

If your knee cap is ahead of the paddle center, it is bad for your knee.
Long story short, you need to fit your bike correctly:

When paddling, make sure your feet is flat, like you are trying to get rid
of a piece of gum at the bottom of your shoes.

搞了三小时，踢了两拨人，第一拨人对手水平较差，踢第一拨人是用新TURF鞋，踢的很
别扭。第二波人水平好一点，实在受不了TURF鞋，换回CLEAT脚下感觉恢复，踢得很嗨
，助攻无数，就是自己5到6个单刀不进，TURF鞋把射门感觉全搞丢了。
刚买了个低版本55刀的TURF NIKE BOMBA，试试带球射门，感觉这鞋很差，长年踢惯
CLEAT这TURF鞋穿着就是别扭。 |

很容易把纤维搞断。所以这种球场里一般要求穿indoor shoes,不允许穿cleats.这种鞋
应该没问题。早期indoor soccer的球场用这种turf的很多. 你去踢indoor league，
可以看看球场是什么要求。
后来turf技术越来越好，一般都没这个问题了，用于户外的turf都是这类。 |

你可以按照你和contractor 的方法，慢慢做出来。但coil 的底层还是不建议由下朝上
打螺丝。按照我的连接方式，密封会好一点。
但是根据图现在还有一种方法，做出来会更轻松，漂亮，密封又好。
左，右，后各放一根 "Standing S Cleat", 见图。贴住coil的底层(也是一个支撑)，
将来做出来的每一片只要插入即可，而不需要裁剪得很精确。
你先自己琢磨下，这样可行吗? |
