Got up 4am since the transition area will be closed by 5:30am. It’s
interesting to see so many people hung over on the nyc subway at 4:30am. A
clif bar washed down by powerade for the breakfast.

6. 防水boot?我看到别人写了最好穿water proof shoe,这到底要多放水呀？ 一般的
running shoe不行吗? hiking shoes的差别在哪？我看着绝的特重样的。各位去都穿啥
鞋？
7. 另外保暖的衣服，意见sweater够吗？在cruise上要穿多厚？ 我们不会camping,但
是会cruise,然后划船， 会去barrow,需要带羽绒服吗？

definition of viscosity as shear stress/velocity gradient is clear in liquid
and glass, but the internal friction is not that cleat to me. In soilds
like glass, some papers mention it as the ratio of acoustic phonon full

毕竟每个人的骑行经验不一样，flexibility也不一样。但是如果条件许可的话，做一
个好的bike fit可以帮你节省很多时间去自己trial-and-error地琢磨，甚至可以避免
一些不必要的受伤。好的fitting跟磨刀不误砍柴功是一个道理。
我还没有做我的bike fit，因为我觉得我没有时间去足够地了解和适应我的新车。打算
明年春天骑两个long ride后再去做这个fit。 |

包括鞋子，脚踏， 等等。脚踏就花了150美元 + tax吧， 日本造的， 看上去造的很好。
中午去这家店， 和 coach D 做了 spin scan. 分数是81左右。按他说是很好的了。 |

， 各角度贡献的力量，然后给个分数。 分数高表示 ride 的efficient. |

我个人其实也觉得 fitter 有点 overrated. 我个人认为 fitter 是要帮你找出
能制造最大 power又能坚持数小时的最低姿势。一般 fitter 既没有 power
meter，又不能和你耗太久，所以找出来的姿势和胡来差不多。再者你的
aero position 是会一直变的。不如自己去买个 power meter，架个 flip
video，旁边放一组 allen keys，在 trainer 上狂踩。 |
