据香港媒体报道，有自家品牌CLOT的陈冠希，早前曾接受有线电视新节目《赚大钱》专访，由于Edison全程采取不合作态度，有线遂将专访不播出。脾气不顺的Edison竟在instagram爆粗反击，并指负责访问的钟健威问题愚蠢，将黑面合理化。
据了解，不肯面对人气大跌，一听到人气两字便发火的Edison，当日黑面做完有线访问后，转头在自己公司派对上，对着一众传媒追问新欢旧爱，却笑着有问必答，非常分裂。

属支架
）和 Drug Coated Stent （药物涂层支架）各有什么好坏。

一样一切都好，从6周起开始咳嗽，没吃药一直在扛，7周多开始呼吸困难，去local
walking clinic被告知可能是过敏引起的哮喘，开了inhaler，用了两天不起作用。再
两天后终于和ob的护士说上话，被要求去ER，这时已经伴有左肋骨疼痛，ER一个经验很
丰富的医生立马判断是blood clot，当晚所做的chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan确诊了我的
两个肺都有blood clot，左肋骨疼痛大概5天后消失，同时我每天用luvonox （blood
thinner)两次。
1个月后突然我的右肋骨开始疼，我又去了ER，再次做了chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan，
结果发现两肺的blood clot几乎没变，医生们只知道和我说再等几个月，却解释不了为
什么右肋骨突然会疼。
请版上牛人看看我的情况，给点建议，此外我在纽约周围，请推荐pulmonary embolism
方面的专家，先谢过了！ |

，头天在办公室看见还好好的，一个周末的功夫，就收到公司的群体邮件说这个男同事
周末在家突发哮喘，没有救过来，去世了。我们都特别意外，根本接受不了，因为是一
个身边天天看见，完完全全健康正常的人。他的哮喘在美国人里也挺常见的，不是那种
超级严重的食物过敏的人。真的就是一个意外。他也就30出头，家里两个小孩四岁和两
岁，老婆不工作。同事都去参加了他的葬礼，非常sad，大家都在议论说希望他买了保
险，要不然老婆孩子就太难了。后来又听说公司发动大家轮流帮他老婆看孩子，他老婆
好出去打零工，因为家里唯一挣钱的人突然没了，唉。
另一个就是上礼拜，是同事的朋友，也是三十出头的壮年汉子，刚刚和一起生活了七年
的女朋友订婚了没多久，某一天感到胸口痛，因为这男的家族有blood clot history，
比较小心就赶紧去看了，说是有blood clot，收在医院观察治疗，过了几天说没事了，
正在办discharge的手续，突然就呕吐，然后就cardiac arrest了，医生持续

因为年轻加上没有不良习惯，医生说得这个的几率是非常低的，所以推荐了专家，看看
是不是血液什么的有问题。约到了下周四，医生说这个专家很厉害，但网上评价不怎么
样，所以具体还要看了才知道。现在有经验了才知道，血栓一般是从腿上开始得，所以
要是腿疼，麻木啥的还真不能大意。另外要是clots,一定不要揉，医院用那个仪器，在
腿上扫一便就能看有没有clots。要是有clots,移动到重要器官就严重了。等下周看完
医生再来回报，看看这个医生怎么样吧。 |

crrt有两种选择，一种就是在过滤柱clotted前提前换柱，一种是把柱子用到极限，当
然一旦clotted血就不能送回体内损失150-200cc血。
一根柱子，网上最便宜的是几百美元一根，医院估计得charge一两千至少。 |

pharmacist , 我的第一感觉就是觉得不合适, 首先, baby aspirin这个名字之所以这
样叫, 只仅仅是因为它的low dose 81mg,跟baby真的是毫无关系.而且平时在我们
pharmacy买baby aspirin的也都是一些上了年纪的,服用防blood clotting, 防stroke.
反推过来, 服用以后your blood gets thinner, and the risk of a placental
abruption is increased.
一般来说, 除非你已经有过几次流产, 并且是因为antibody导致blood clots引起的,医
生可能会推荐heparin/aspirin, 否则个人感觉服用baby aspirin不安全, 这是药, 绝
对不是food supplements.请慎重. |

见他，如果鲜血的话去er. 然后第二天从粉色变成红色了，肚子倒是不痛。慢慢流血有
增加还有clot排出，然后老公开车带我去医院。到了以后我说怀孕有出血马上就被轮椅
推着安排躺床上了，接着测血压验血，后面验血结果显示hcg低，躺在床上被推去b超，
确认不是宫外孕，孕囊很小，和7周不符。然后当班急诊的ob检查宫颈，已经是打开的
了，所有检查显示流产之后，医生把排除的东西收集好做基因检查。
整个经历我觉的去er是绝对正确的选择。
这次怀孕六周也有出血，赶巧当时在医生诊所，马上做阴超看到心跳，测hcg也很好，
医生说是周围的clots，没事。
两次我出血量差不多，肚子都不痛，但结果不一样，所以很多东西很难讲，看医生检查
是正道，就算早期做不了什么保胎，起码知道了心安。何况检查可以看是不是宫外，

其他的感染迹象就是类似于不喜欢动，时有时无发烧，等等其他的症状。
我最喜欢的vet说，虽然combo test出来可能是假阳性，但是不太常见，如果真的不放
心，可以做个serum的送出专业实验室的血检。但是我们三个vet都觉得是felv或者flv
的可能性不大。
如果真的是自身免疫性疾病的话，只能上激素降低免疫反应，而且持续激素。
不过他提出了一点大家都没有说过的是，可能会是手术后的在血管里的clot。如果这样
的发生，会痛，会发烧，白细胞会稍高，而且不喜欢走路。排除这个的方法是，用手摸
一下，肢端是否能摸到脉搏，肢端是不是温度低，用手或者针头刺激肢端，会不会有神
经反射。如果有神经反射的话，说明神经没有问题。如果是clot，有特效药可以治疗。
（感觉很像小T的问题）他说有很多猫狗会在手术后出现类似问题。你可以排除下。
还有另外一个，就是提醒你一下，实在不行就去TAMU兽医院吧。另外，不要直接跟你的
vet说，咨询了别人，别人怎么说，一般vet都很反感这个。你可以假装谦虚得问他说：

看过这个youtube的朋友请注意43分钟左右他举的一个反对irreducible complexity的
例子。他承认熊猫身上clotting proteins符合irreducible complexity。但是他说鲸
鱼和海豚身上的clotting proteins和熊猫的一样，但是改变掉一点儿，功能仍然可以
实现。于是说irreducible complexity错了。
学过理工科，受过实验训练的人都懂一个道理。当要确定一个因素变化对实验结果影响
的时候，一定要在确保其他因素不变的情况下才能说，影响是由这个因素的变化带来的
。而上面的例子显然不符合。因为他用海豚鲸鱼身上的到的结果，和熊猫身上得到的结
果来比较，本身实验环境就不同。不能确定结果只是因为研究对象的变化产生出来的。
