先放一个视频，1美元的walmart菜刀也能磨得吹毛断发。。。
磨刀石（日本称砥石），顾名思义，就是磨削刀刃的金属的石头，使其变得锋利，不同
的目数就代表粗细程度，一般定义为每英寸的硬颗粒数，目数越低则越粗。砥石一般要
注意以下四点：
1：磨削力（切削力），就是磨削金属的能力，体现在磨刀时能不能很快的下铁。磨削
力主要靠两点，一是高硬度材料（金刚石-硬度10、立方氮化硼BN-硬度9.5、碳化硼B4C
-硬度9.3、刚玉Al2O3-硬度9），二是化学腐蚀（火山岩中就有大量的酸性盐成分）。
一般硬一些的砥石磨削会好一些，低目数的磨削好一些，也不是绝对，大概的趋势，好
的砥石基本是磨几下就很快下铁，出现黑色的铁屑，而磨削差的就是磨半天也不怎么下
铁。带有酸性盐成分的天然砥石，高硬度材料颗粒和酸性盐颗粒混合，下铁也快，可以

现在手中没有相机，所有没法上传照片，描述一下吧：擦伤主要是几条线状的，不是大
面积的，有两条比较深，能看到
金属底色，其他的都还好，也都没有擦出坑或者凹陷。
跟朋友聊了一下，去买primer, coating paint 和 paint，打算自己弄。不过不确定用
什么型号的砂纸，有60， 120，
320 grit的，还有sanding sponge （coarse, medium, fine），这些应该怎么选择呢？
primer sealer 和 Rust Tough需要吗？还有一个更重要的we难题是，paint的颜色必须
绝对一样吗？比如说，我的车是
jet black，可是现在我只找到black, Univ Flat Black 和 Universal Black。因为我
只是几条擦伤的线装划痕，应该问题
不大吧？
操作顺序是先上primer，然后paint，然后coating paint，最后再用sandpaper打亮吗
？还是之前先用sandpaper处理

试的手动。
Jetta TDI 的最大优点是省油，高速有望 50+，local 30+， 个人觉得比hybrid好。
这个车内饰比较一般的，调座椅什么的都得手动，不过本来选它就没看中内饰。 vw的
车好像标配 leatherette ，就是人造皮革。但jetta 的皮椅和后面要说的CC还差了一
个档次。内部空间什么的都没问题，车也够大。驾驶：这车 140 hp 225 ft torque
。驾驶的明显感受是 低速时 加速很有力，让你根本感觉不到它才140hp，但是高速高
档位上 感觉由于受限于第马力，速度加不起来。 引擎感觉比较coarse，不是很
refined。这也许是柴油车的特点。方向盘很轻，定位不是太精准的感觉（当然也许我
感觉有误），操控差于 CC，更差于GTI
GTI 很好啦，不用多说了，内饰强过jetta，但它的座椅不是皮革的，是苏格兰布，但

more flavor (more fat). For good steak you just need salt and pepper IMO. |

这次我做的杂粮面包用了六种粮食：玉米面、小麦粉、糙米、黑米（我自己加的，果然
味道很清香）、黑麦粉、全麦粉。燕麦我家里当时没有，所以没加，现在有燕麦了，我可以有空再做一个杂粮面包。

3 tablespoons rolled oats or wheat, buckwheat, or triticale flakes
2 tablespoons wheat bran

识的偏见:不发酵就做成的面包难显自身功力。可是，后来，我有一次在外面吃饭，是
一种自选的快餐，问我要什么，我看有corn bread的选项，就要了corn bread。因为我
好奇此款面包的味道，我从来没有吃过corn bread。
人就是这样: 没有尝试过的东西，总是对陌生东西充满莫名的好奇。也许你可以将此理
解为探险精神。今天做了一次corn bread，可能以后在外面吃饭，我不会点外面的corn
bread了，因为我做的味道比以前外面吃到的好太多。那就是纯正的自然的味道：玉米
粒、玉米粉。
味道特点：咸肉的味道又甜又咸，有点像国内的甜香肠。玉米粒的味道比单吃那种嫩玉
