而同事占了便宜偷奸耍滑的，还能跟你享受一样的reward。这样真的很不爽。
公司是有规定的，对于一个部门的员工，做出来的成绩肯定是大家的，不会分的太细，
老外没有中国人那么仔细的去辨别究竟是哪位员工最最最踏实，付出的最多，而是单独
去看一个部门的成绩，这样很省事，符合老外的做事风格。
这样就很麻烦，自己本是一个对工作认真负责的人，并且要偷奸耍滑这样的事情，自己
根本就做不到，只要做事，就认认真真的做事，不想随便糊弄人，自己一定要对得起自
己拿的salary，良心上才会过得去。
但是同事并不是这样的人，人家就能做到心安理得的偷奸耍滑，还同时享受了你的劳动
成果，最后部门的成绩好，boss是要一同奖励的，同等对待，也不会多给你一份reward。
这样确实来气，我打算要反击了，不想再这样纵容这种人继续嚣张下去，也不想让自己
的hard work分享给这样的家伙。
