，mil spec比commercial更皮实些，虽然mil spec外径小些。
仔细看一下mil spec和commerical的螺纹，commercial的是在现成的管子再切割出螺纹
，螺纹顶端与外径一样高。而mil spec的螺纹顶端是高出管子的，螺纹底部基本和管子
一样粗。也就是说同样管壁厚度，mil spec在螺纹处的强度要更高。

Low level cross training seems OK now. I just spent 3 hours on Elliptical

1、旧观点：应直臂击球。

样加大了手臂的线速度，击出的球也会更有威力。而现在的新观点认为：击球威力的大
小不在于曲臂直臂，随着球拍制造工艺的进步，击出大角度的球成了取分的主要手段，
而直臂打球使身体不稳，不利于还原第二次击球。
2、旧观点：击球点越早越好。

我想这句话对任何作品都是一样的。市场和消费者是不考虑你昂贵的器材，辉煌的过去
，闪耀的未来的。他们给你的评价，只是基于你给他们呈现的这一次作品。
所以大师们如果要进入市场，搞commerical，也要放下身段，认真准备。所以我很替
Danny惋惜。没有拿最好的作品去宝宝版宣传。

之前一直对x100s给予厚望，拍婚礼，拍舞蹈，拍人像，都还可以。这次冒险只带它出
工，结果差点悲剧。
对焦不用再说了，好不到那里去，对着大背光的场景，自动对焦死活对不上。
这次差点死翘翘，出在闪光灯上。这次用了两个灯，引闪是Pocket wizard Mini TT1/
TT5。之前一直用没有问题，拍过好几场婚礼也都很顺，之前说过，可以用AC3机顶控制
输出，这个是PW对我的最大卖点。
引闪之前测试过多次，天然可最高可以到1/500，如果有连线最高到1/4000
结果这次抽风了，拍摄到一半，死活同步不上，要降到1/60才行，而甚至出现一个灯同
步，另一个灯不同步的情形。
当时那个汗啊，把model凉在那里摆弄该死的引闪，后悔没有带连线或者是简单可靠的
RF602。
幸好最后总算work around，勉强赶在时间内完成规定动作，却没时间跟美女打上一局。
