这个先假设交换是没有commerical substance的,
因为两个是dealer所以应该没有折旧, 而且surrender出去的FV小于BV, 所以差额应该
为loss, 交换进来的机器价格应该是:
交换出去的机器FV 240 加上pay的cash 36 = 276
然后loss是324-240 =84
分录应该是:
Dr 进来的机器 276
Dr 交换的loss 84
Cr Cash 36
Cr 出去的机器 324
应该平的吧 |

to pay attention to NMD. when you put an intron at 3'UTR it

50-55nt downstream of the stop codon. |

我心好也就答应了。结果然后他还要Immunization 的reagent。昨天刚给寄了 ，今天
又发信，还要detect的reagent。这些reagent都不是commerical available的，都是自
己conjugate的，还要过colomn，做QC，折腾了很久才搞到一点点。 |

据我了解GenScript commercial team的base在CRO里面绝对算高的了.
而且bonus是和业绩挂钩的.
不过mkt/sales是绝对需要talent的,
skills可以acquire和develop,
但是,"所有人都能做commerical team的工作"是传销界才有的美丽神话.
这几年,大环境原因,一个opening出来candidate pool很快就saturate.
水涨船高,拿到offer的都是很优秀的人才. |

谈话，说公司可以sponsor我去Rice读个MBA，好像是那个EMBA。说实在的，我对
commercial没什么兴趣，只是现在位置在那里，整天一半engineering，一般
commerical/marketing。 家里小孩还小，working couple。不知道这个EMBA有多大用
处，说实在的，在咱们这个领域，亚洲人上升的空间不大，除非以后换到别的领域。要
上就只能周末，还要考GMAT（我天生讨厌考试）。LD很支持，我没什么动力。上来听听

HP说CFAL可以在non-commerical license (EE license)下使用。可是我注册二个月了
也没有人回信。据说好象是HP已经不支持以前的破Alpha机子了。
如果哪位兄弟有cfal-1.2.0-4.alpha.rpm.crypt的密码，请告诉我。谢谢！
btw：老的cfal也行。我现在天天在办公室看着那几个破Alpha机子，郁闷的不行了。这

I rarely see any PV company (from AMAT,Boeing Spectralab,spire to tiny
start-ups) get opennings for modeling engineers....
seems this start-up getz tons of cash to burn....this is the only reason
that make sense on hiring modeling engineer....
usually, process development or R&D engineers do modeling by themselves...
becasue companies use commerical modeling packages....no need self-coding or
trouble shooting

入呼出的速度太快了，4 second/cycle。而且这个flow的rate也是一直在变的。
想一步一步来，先做一个能测量准确的，然后再提高速度。我的问题是，怎样才能产生
一个稳定的gas flow，这个具体的flow-rate应该是可调的，但一旦调好，就是稳定的
，至少稳定维持个几秒钟。
有没有什么commerical apparatus，可以用来产生可调节气流的？即使流速比较大也没
有关系，因为可以把速度down-scale下来。如果不是太复杂，我也可以自己搭一个。

No matter looking at it from whatever angle, cost (material cost,
construction cost, delivery cost, etc.) will always be a major factor.
Unless there will be some revolution in pipe material research, using
different materials at different sizes will be the most cost efficient way,
at least in the foreseeable future.
Secondly, application plays another significant role during pipe selection.

You can try to all the pgs,most of pgs only provide answer machine.Very few
can talk to person.Even you're lucky to find a really person, she/he will
only ask you one question"what's your graduate year? "

一年吧,不行就算了. 当时有朋友联系了AMERICAN CLERKSHIP 做EXTERNSHIP, 然后有人
MATCH上了, 有人没有, 我跟医生们也没什么联系, 就只有也交钱参加了这个. 然后4月
份考掉了STEP3, 再全职做了6个月hands on. 拿了3封医生的推荐信和对我的评估表(
Americlerkship设计的), 再加上PhD/Postdoc时老板(非MD)的推荐信. 今年我申请了
160个(40个儿科,40个 内科和80个家庭科), 只有1个儿科和1 个家庭科面试. 今天知道
进了家庭科,觉得简直太幸运了. 我跟的一个医生告诉我其实不用找中介，中介也不认
识他们，只给她很少的钱让我去．我应该自己找医生谈，医生同意你来hands on就行．
可惜啊，我白花花的银子．不过中介每个月都FAX给医生们我的保险单(HANDS ON看病人
,中介给我买了保险).不过面试时PD对我的hands on经历很感兴趣, 说IMG很少有这样经
历的.
