还是要看你想干什么,1 commerical bank做的mortgage是不是就是一些loan analysis,
credit risk? 那可能以后可以走financing什么的；你说的home equity部门似乎比较
狭窄，总最好是其他loan包括什么auto都作的,这样你以后如果到buy side或者自己出
来做的话，更有利；觉得做Mortgage得securtization比较exciting，也colourful，虽
然现在ABS,MBS问题很大，CMBS,student loans竟然都有问题....但是好像还是一个很
有价值的行业....

1. This one is with the wholesale banking(IB department), they need CS guys.
2. It is with commercial banking(retail banking), they require a degree in
any quantitative field.
Is it good to appy both of them???
The position with the IB is about technology (their requriement is quite
comprehensive) while the one with commercial banking is aboutrisk managemnet
modeling.

动工，Peak power 500MWh, Average output 100MWh.
just read some in-depth reports about ITER and it seems commerical
application of tritium/deutium fusion is very promising. However i
remembered just a few years ago, a bunch of key problems were still
needing solution. are there any technical breakthrough in these
years? Anybody know please advise.
BTW, ITER will build a experiment reactor soon. the budget is about
12-13 |

这个探测是否是实验室环境，可太智能了。我怀疑学美国历史的媒体小编的科研能力。
能做到检测实验室环境恐怕也没那么容易吧，毕竟实验室环境是人为设定的，而且经常
会变的。除非德国人脑子有虫子。
但是事实存在，估计大众软件确实有bug，在所谓“实验室”那种环境才启动，是不是
故意的就不知道了。
大众官方有说法没有。
anyway，我是不会买柴油车的，完全没必要又不是commerical。

1）主张实木地板，复合地板便宜但是一旦磨损后就只能重换，实木地板若干年后可以
重新打磨上漆焕然一新。
2）地板的表面处理基本上有两种，一是亚光处理，一是发亮的表面。这两种表面我家
都有。一开始我们的地板就是亚光stain，本来想着亚光的一看着含蓄，二耐脏。含蓄
是没错，可是不耐脏，稍微有点灰就能看见，尤其是春夏天阳光明媚的时节，更是逃不
过自己的眼睛。后来修新房子的时候，我们本来也是计划用亚光漆的，是commercial亚
光漆，因为我家有个大狗，很调皮，经常在地上上窜下跳，留下不少爪印。
