1）绝对平均主义是communist的做法，这个政策对争取poor群体很有效，尤其是poor群
体在人口中占有majority。毛靠这个方法夺取了中国的政权（分地主的地）
2）绝对平均主义破坏了hard working这个value，中国的communist在文革达到顶峰，
取消了大学考试，经济几乎崩溃
3）原本的美国dream是靠hardworking这个value实现，尤其是新移民，只有
hardworking才能实现美国梦。Demo为了选票而用communist的做法（绝对平均主义），
来吸引占人口比率越来越高（Hispanic的新生儿占CA的新生儿70%）选票，美国value将
被破坏。
4）SCA 5就是最直接破坏hardworking value的政策。
5）因为看上去很平等，中国的communist也曾是很诱人的，是很多人的追求。

2017年1月14—18日，拥有95年辉煌历史的日本共产党第二十七次全国代表大会(以
下简称：二十七大)在日本热海市召开。大会审议通过了中央委员会报告和日本共产党
二十七大政治决议(以下简称：《政治决议》)，选举产生了包括164名委员和50名候补
委员的新一届中央委员会，志位和夫、小池晃分别当选党的委员长和书记局长(副委员
长)。本次大会共收到26个外国共产党和国际组织的贺信，有6万民众全程观看了大会第
一天的会议和志位和夫委员长所作的中央委员会报告的直播盛况。
日本共产党成立于1922年，历史悠久但经历坎坷，由于受第三国际及驻日美军的多
次干涉，该党虽于1924年、1928年、1935年等数次遭遇遣散和内部分裂的危机，但都克

本上是一半一半吧。最后我们选择回答了是。后来绿卡顺利批准。我们当时参考了很多
