ESPP股票卖掉后，要交税的有两部分-Compensation Income and Capital gain. If
your espp shares are sold 21 months after purchase, these are qualifying
disposition (QDIS); o.w. they are disqualifying dispostion (DQDIS).
Compensation income for DQDIS is already included in your W2 by MS.
Compensation income for QDIS is NOT included in your W2. So you need to add

我在一小型化工厂（50-100雇员）工作6年了，去年底在工作中有烧碱液溅入眼睛，造
成烧伤。此后一直在workers compensation下治疗，尚未痊愈，也没有达到工伤保险中
的MMI。
现在眼睛视力下降，干涩，对化学品气味刺激尤其敏感。我们厂偏偏生产香料，浓缩液
的气味尤其熏人。
医生建议我向雇主要求调换工作岗位，雇主说没有类似岗位可供调换。（其实我觉得是
因为我的工作岗位环境太艰苦）
现在雇主以我过久无法回归原工作岗位解雇了我（termination）。我气愤难平，给雇
主发邮件，历数自己入职6年来为公司做的成绩，自己的健康也大受影响，体重暴瘦50
磅，所有牙齿全受到严重腐蚀。（我们部门好几个人都有类似情况，但没有我严重，因
为我操作的毒性和剂量最大。）现在眼睛又伤了，以后可能干不了化学这一行。公司把
我一脚踢开，太不合理。

effect,但是要求有work authorization and SSN to receive financial
compensation
这种compensation可以收么？难道要办一天cpt??
另外，我记得不论收不收compensation，是不是都不可以work/volunteer for company
?

宪法第五修正案原文是
No person shall 。。。 be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without
due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use,
without just compensation.
这个话顺过来说就是，为了公共使用（注意，不是公共利益），在给与公正补偿的之后
，通过适当的法律程序，任何人的生命、自由、财产都可以被政府剥夺。
至于怎么才是1) public use, 2) due process of law, 3) just compensation还有一
大坨其他的法律、判例来规定
钉子户可以雇律师去跟政府打官司，可以去找议员上访，民风彪悍的地方可以组织民兵
