你理解的有问题，如果是salary 但是职责不符合要求，例如一个年薪8万刷马桶的。。
。那么这哥们只要工作超过40小时，超时工资就要按 80,000/52/40= 38.46 (基础工资
）*1.5 = $57.69 支付。
在这里，salary 与否和他exempt是无关的。
反过来，如果一个快餐店manager 收入只有$420/周，但他的职责完全符合要求，他也
不是exempt的。 如果他工作超过40小时每周，也要被支付超时工资。

关于CEOs拿$1薪水，补充一点。大公司高层的compensation package，并不只是cash一
项，可这个$1，通常只是指base cash compensation. 而且一般职位越高，BASE CASH
PAY的比例越小。其他的项目，还有PERFORMANCE，RETENTION，DEFFERRED
COMPENSATION，等等。再把STOCK BASED COMPENSATION 加进来，就更复杂了。CEO拿$1
cash pay，doesn't mean he/she gets compensated $1. |

票价格
OR 1350，昨天才知道原来是up to 1350.现在又搜了一下，感觉如果旅客要求cash的
话，航空公司应该不可以拒绝，不可以强迫给voucher，只是估计很多旅客不知道而已
，而且航空公司可能也不说实话而已。

就打算准备好以后再投简历面试。最后只面了微软的Skype分部和Google，
AFLN等都来不及试，原因后面再解释。

不是费用的问题，是对broker的compensation规定变了。
同意费用上升的说法，因为各大银行已经出台新的bank charge开始提高收费了。
不过，no cost refi依然可以存在。同时，对我们这种correspondent lender来说，影
响很小。因为correspondent lender跟最终的investor之间做的是类似于债券交易，而
不是收取broker fee。
新的规定意思是，compensation不能与rate or term挂钩，可以与loan amount挂钩，
但是比例是固定的。比如说该broker跟银行达成共识，自己只要求1%的rebate，那么这
个比例就不能变了，起码一段时间内不能变。100万的loan，compensation是1万，10万
的loan就只能拿1000。对于loan amount小的case就存在说broker觉得自己没赚够，因
此有第二个规定，就是，broker可以从客人那里charge broker fee，或者是从银行拿
rebate，但是不能同时从两个地方拿钱。

我正在準備FILE I140 不幸的是我公司的2014 TAX RETURN秀出來不夠付PW 無法滿足 "
