是我的第一个onsite
感觉team的feedback非常positive, HR也很积极的follow up
没想到今天推明天，明天推后天，他们一直在说请你再耐心等等，我们还有几个
schedule好的onsite要finish。每个星期recruiter都会准时发信给我说，你是我们的
top candidate, 但你需要再耐心等等，你有别的deadline吗？有没有新的offer?
我觉得T好不地道，但是我这过去一个月面了另外两个onsite, 其中一个first choice
挂了，另一个感觉也并不太好，跟team的人也没有那么connect. 小女子现在只有一个
月要答辩了，时间十分紧张，估计在答辩前有个competing offer的机会不大（因为时
间上不允许我再travel了）。
我的感觉是最positive的T家如果继续拖下去等下去，结果可能也不会好，所以我该怎
么催他们一下呢？老实讲我还是蛮喜欢在T的工作的，跟我的研究也很想关。如果能催
出来，即便不面其他的了我也觉得可以接受。还是我应该专心答辩，然后再说了。。。... 阅读全帖 |

现在可能要有offer了，看了版上的经验貌似没有competing offer容易被low ball，感
觉有点不值。
请问要求match现在的薪水并且补偿年终奖靠谱么？因为等match完组再跟现在的公司交
接完也快年底了……
现在大概一年现金250k， 但是有大约80k是年终，股票寥寥无几，价值大概一年20k不
到？
另外上半年拿了另外一个offer，做的事情很喜欢但是因为体验之后实在不想搬去LA给
放弃了。
不知道这次可不可以拿出来说事？
回报本版，报一下package：offer大概是150k现金 + 价值1M的股票，因为公司还没上
市，所以真实价值其实也不好说。relocation 10k，sign on若干，因为没有想去，也
就没有细聊。
如果是Google的L5的话，大概是个什么区间？

了，普通人都知道是编的。但是如果我本来只拿到一个G的offer，我说我有F的compete
offer，package就按别人报的来，这个很难被识破吧？
风险就是现在的offer可能不match。到时候如果我说不match我也接受，那就显得有点
假了。

non-solicit 等 restriction agreement, 如果有，要给文件。
问题是自己手上的现在公司的这些agreement 找不到了，怎么办？
另外，这周才问过hr关于bonus的政策， 如果又要这些agreement的复印件，是不是会
让人看出来要跳槽呢？
自己还是h1b签证，不想惹麻烦。。。。

如果你是entry-level员工，做的又不是属于重要商业机密，不用担心啦。
建议：
1) 假如你去的公司有律师，那就问新公司的律师。
2）假如你做的东西很重要，新公司又没有律师，你又和你上司关系不错，直接跟他明
讲。

tell them what you will do, they will usually exercise the non-compete. In
that case, unless you want to take the risk of being sued by your old
employer, you cannot work in one of the so called "competitors" as defined
in your NCA.
I suggest you talk with your manager before leaving, to make sure that he
understands that you are not going to do anything related to you current job
