interview，第二轮是2-on-1.
第一轮group interview，
总共6个canditates，上来HR让大家先破冰，介绍一下自己。所有人介绍完后，我发现
有2个潜在的竞争对手，因为他们也是financial background的. 之后canditates被分
成两个组，组和组之间进行compete。我估计，HR在evaluate的时候，应该是评估了每
个人跟其他人的协作和沟通能力。第一个活动，是给每个组一个鸡蛋和数根吸管，让每
个组做个marketing企划，活动很有意思，大概给了10分钟准备，然后5分钟
presentation。我所在的组，3个人，一位金融背景的大妈，和一位customer service
背景的女士。客服女士30+，金融大妈最少40+。另外一组，两个late 20s的，和一个30
+大叔。我的组，基本上marketing企划是我一个人想出来的，金融大妈有good time

individuals based on three core traits:
subordinacy: does this person put the goals of the organization (or, at

你先得拿到offer。我们只说怎么negotiate
首先，要分析HR怎么想，首先要考虑HR是怎么拿钱的。本质上 recruiter 的绩效跟他
卖出去的人——也就是你有多少，有很大关系。也就是说你不是他的顾客，而是他的老
板。他希望你面试牛逼哄哄，拿了包袱就接受，然后他升职加薪迎娶白富美。
但是为啥HR还要压工资呢？很简单因为上边还有budget，你表现不够好或者实在那不出
钱来，那他也没办法。说白了他也是打工仔，如果budget能给你一百个米，他绝不会说
给你99个。厂子又不是他的。
也就是说，作为recruiter其实就是个dealer，你记得去买车的时候咩？先上来让你试
开，吹得天花乱坠，然后谈价钱能骗就骗。为啥？你出价越高，按MSRP买，他越容易拿
到approve。你压价，他都得假迷三道地跑到一个manager那里去要个approval。那个哥
们就是车行管budget的。你出MSRP，就好比接受lowball，大家开心，除了你自己。
