不是新闻了。lz 三年经验给61，在微软很正常了。
我当时那个lz已经知道了对吧，其实没compete前跟你的差不多，base比你高5000，但
股票是分5年给3w。。。
后来compete后才涨到那个数。lz可以试着按我那个要，就说你知道经验类似的人拿到
过更高的数字。
我记得当时大家对我那个offer好像都一致觉得算同级比较高的。其实跟lz这个差不了
多少啊，为啥大家反差这么大。。
最后，上上策是无视这个offer，全力准备uber，有了uber offer，你肯定不care微软

source projects。6月开始刷题找工作面试，9、10月份总共面了有10家拿了4个offer
（一个已过期），现在手头有FB uber 和 AWS都在南湾的offic。本人水平不才，面的
一般，别人有小两年工作经验的都是E4 SDE2这种我却还是entry level的E3/SDE1，拿
的package也不够给力也是基本一个水平，已经compete还在等HR更新数据但是估计不会
多很多了。
Facebook Data Eng E3, base 125k 算上股票signon什么的总共下来180k头四年（HR说
估计compete之后涨10k）
原本楼主很想去FB喜欢他的文化，声望好，年轻人多，但无奈的是给钱不多因为data
eng整体待遇比SDE要低，而且DE做的都是internal tool并不感兴趣（基本是写SQL比较
多）
Uber SDE1 base 120k 4000 RSU分四年每股不到50$，因为equal pay朋友说这已经是

工作），但对公司的职位级别还算清楚。你说的从初级到总监只有4个level是错误的理
解。
联合利华的级别是这样划分的：
首先是1， 2， 3， 4，5。这个划分主要是区别角色。比方说级别1是那些没有管人职
责的雇员，2是manager级别，3是director，4就是VP一类的高级员工.如果我没记错的
话（我离开联合利华4年多了），应该还有5，就是最高的那个级别。对于5，我不敢肯
定。因为我自己离最高很远，所以没关心过。
每个级别下面，又用字母区分资历。比方说1A就是最低级别里的最低资历，往上还有B
和C。这些所谓资历，都有明确的规定。是根据你能干什么来衡量（competency），而
不是根据年限。对于competency，人事处有很明确的界定。每年的发展计划里都明确说
明你新一年度要发展的competency是什么。由你的直接上司跟你商定。
这样说来，如果你的起点是1A，你的director是3C，那么你们之间的差别是9级，而不
是4级。
