Sorry, at work now and no Chinese input.
I have pre-complement opt and EAD during June 1 to August 30. Not sure
whether there is any difference between pre-complement opt and post-
complement opt.
And another issue is the google summer of code program start from May, so
technically I have worked illegally before my EAD start date if the google
program is considered to be work.

还有其他很多补码方式……wiki上就列了至少5种实现方式。
若是询问到是什么补码实现，而给出不同的表示方式，那么这个答案算上乘。给满分100分。
应聘者若是假设assume是2位补码（这个是最常见的），答案尚可接受，算下乘，给50分。
应聘者若是发呆无法回答，那么给0分。

Pretend your system is 8 bits: you have 8 bit 2's complement
pass in n = -128, your function now has n = 128. but the biggest 2's
complement # is 127. I'm not sure what happens here off the top of my head.
bitwise arithmetic would have been a better way to approach this. |

"push down" meaning "to lower", "to deprioritize".
In the sentence: "A pushed B down the stairs."
"down" is a preposition. However, the prepositional phrase
describes the direction of the action, not B, so it is still not an
object complement.
In the sentence:
"The Myanmar crisis pushed the Iran debate off the U.N. agenda."
"off" is a preposition, and "off the agenda" is an object complement
modifying "the Iran debate".

从现代句法学的成果来看，SVO和SOV在结构上其实是没多大区别的，区别在时间序列上
因为verb和object是一个整体（constituent)，它们够成互补(complement)关系，共建VP
(verb phrase)，所以不管VO还是OV都没跳出这个框架。
subject最初看作是在VP之外生成的，现在一般认为也是在VP内生成的，但是与V是specif
ier
的关系。按照Chomsky的理论specifier比complement的locality要远。
但是有的阿拉伯方言是VSO。这里面就有个V-movement，verb从VP移动到了更高的位置。

德语句子通常是个一CP(不像英语和汉语那样是一个IP)
它的第二个位置正好是C-head，由一个动词上移后占据
而第一个位置是SpecCP，可以是介词短语(PP)，也可以是名词性的短语(DP/NP)
而在宾语从句中，C-head被complementizer "that"占据了，所以这时候动词无法上移，
最多只能到Infl位置，例如：
Ich glaube, dab der Mann den Breif schrieb.
Ich glaube, dab der Mann den Brief geschriben hat.
与英语不同的是，德语的I-head是靠右的，所以助动词hat跑到句末去了。
“宾语从句”的说法也不太准确，德语的嵌入CP并不是主句中动词的complement，严格说
