你告诉她“东西收拾好了才能去参加她朋友的生日party”，message已经很明确了（要
求和后果都有），她不愿意，你也不用多说啥。 离出门还有10分钟的时候可以提醒一
次，要用as a matter of fact的语气，别让她觉得你把这当大事儿。 她要闹， 你不
用理， COMPLETELY ignore it. 下次party前出现这种情况，照此办理。 关键是你不能表现
得太焦虑，太把她去不去得成party当回事儿。 去不去party是她自己的事，就让她自
己figure out怎么才能去。
你的女儿的确超级sensitive，但不能用这个解释开脱她的一切行为。 比如这个去
party前收拾东西，跟她是否sensitive完全没有关系，就是一个能不能follow
instruction的问题。 在她的年龄，我不倾向于认为她“疯狂地哭叫甚至乱扔东西”是
因为怕收拾不完所以“慌了”（毕竟她也不是小小孩了），我更倾向于认为她的个性属
于非常不compliant那一类的，不喜欢服从管束，不喜欢take orders, 而且控制欲很强。

没必要，而且即使pci compliant，从纯粹技术上看意义并不大。。。
对小公司，绝对不建议pci compliant，99%情况没必要存信用卡号，很多payment
processor都提供token来代替credit number的，只要token，跟存卡号没区别，又没卡
号的风险。。。
现在payment processor不少，你用自己的merchant account会省不少，没自己
merchant account等于是租别人的，要付代价，有的还不少。。。用自己的，就只付
processing fee。。。你可以去看下cybersource
我老98年就在online processing工业混过了。。。cybersource是很老的公司了，估计
不是最低费的，但是老公司肯定可靠，没downtime。小公司可能fee低，但是sla估计不
能保证。
paypal，square之类都是给没自己merchant account的人／公司用的。 |

标 题: 恶人先告状：无赖contractor竟然先告我们到small claim court

上周四我和lg商量着要先找Eric negotiate 一下在我们file court compliant之前。
我们发给他一封邮件，问他接不接受500块（其实根本不值得这个数），周六之前不回
，表示不接受，我们就file compliant。结果他没回，今天收到他的邮件说他已经告我
们到small claim court。真是超级无赖，满口似有非有的谎话，居然先告状。这个
small claim court也很奇怪，好像只能file claim用来要钱的，我们这样被 put
unfair mechanic lien 不能用。我们只有有冤无处申呀。气人！这个恶人先告状了，
是不是对我们不利？

应该没什么用。他属于水滴石穿那种折磨人法儿。要不等他安静的时候拿擀面杖猛敲？

在他 MBP上面。Push这些设置，尤其是又要SOX compliant, 又要 PCI或者 HIPAA
compliant, 是必须的。几十个VP/SVP/C-level，根本没法要求人人都必须全部wipe
out OSX，只装Windows. 最方便的办法就是搞一个OSX Server集中管理OSX，用AD管理
Windows那边。现在没有Xserve了，IT就只能用Mac Mini或者Mac Pro. 两者都没有dual
power supply, 前者还没有 raid, dual NIC, 都不能放到data center里面 rack
mount. 所以我complain一下。 很难理解吗？这又怎么“自己打脸”呢？ |
