开过CRV, 不过家里有辆pilot, 很皮实，咋弄也不坏，搞的我老想把它换掉都没啥借口
。 俺琢磨着都是honda的车，CRV每年销量这么好，一直#1，应该没啥质量问题可担心
的。昨晚闲着没事在网上research这11年的CRV, 发现有人file compliant 说该款车遇
到过要停车时停不下来，车自己加速，结果有闯红灯的，有被迫追尾的，有在停车场停
不下来结果自己加速撞柱子上的，有低速踩刹车不减速反而自己加速撞了墙的。是在
carcomplaints.com 看到的。
另外看到在某car论坛上有人提出他家11年crv的一次有惊无险的自动加速，好像他果断
处理，换档，灭车，结果避免了一次事故，他说去dealer查，没有查出任何问题，他问
别人有没有类似经历。结果有人回帖说他家13年的crv每个月都有这么一次，去dealer
查了多次也没查出啥。

周五接到BARNS的EMAIL说我的几个ORDER通不过，我一想不对，我没ORDER什么东西，上
它网站一查，发现有人上周四晚HACKED进了我的Barns&Noble的帐户，共下了六个单，
第一个单只是十几刀的东西，寄到我的地址，我估计是想测试一下能否通过。发现没问
题后，又下了五个单，共一千多刀的东西，寄往一个我不认识的地址，在MD，从名字看
，是一个同胞。其中包括一个几百刀的EGIFT CARD，是寄往我的EMAIL，一想，可能我
的邮箱可能也被盗了，因为BARNS用的就是那个邮箱和密码，赶紧登陆EMAIL一查，发现
本月四日起就有一个不正常登陆记录了，那个IP来自TN。GMAIL早显示在上面了，但因
为我平时总用IMAP查邮件，很少用BROWSER查EMAIL，所以没看到。
现已和Barns&Noble联系CANCELLED了所有的ORDER，也改了这个帐户和EMAIL的密码。

其实我们基本天天在一起，就是他没有我家里的钥匙。我觉得给钥匙是挺大的一个

时间限制的，通常是1年。当初那个agent帮你找来的房客应该只签了1年的lease吧？在
之后的租约也和那个agent没关系了。
我相信，那个agent帮你找到租客，你当时已经付过对应的佣金了。你摘抄的contract
的部分，first right of refusal是指你如果要卖房，房客有优先购买权。你这个
agents签了卖房的exclusive agreement吗？我觉得买房的人（房客）是不会和agent签
exclusive agreement的。

果他再来骚扰，直接去当地realtor协会去compliant。Agent都是吃软怕硬的，而且总
体是希望避免得罪客户的。 |

发帖数: 3417 | 44 Intel压力大，末5％淘汰。两个组做同样的project, 被比下去的一个组就很危险，这些都是很出名的。MS, Google, Intel这三个福利方面，Intel也基本是最差的，当然它也根一般公司比也算很好的了，只是没有另外两个福利好。
此外Intel老印暴多，氛围感觉也不如其他两个。曾经一段时间Intel不愿意办compliant license, 基本上招的全是老印，当然现在慢慢好起来了。 |

钱的角度这三个我觉得似乎Intel是pay的比较好，base不低，到手bonus也比较多，就是股票不太行。Amazon也不错，sign-on bonus高，呵呵。前景的话，Amazon做的新东西多，但是Intel现在也做很多software的东东。
另外Intel现在主要的职位都在Portland, 湾区并不是很多。
