一个法来引起冲突的方式来否决EO了；唯一可能的办法是congress不通过这个EO所需要
的funding，但是如果这样，总统可以veto congress不给funding这决定；如果总统
veto了congress不给funding的决定，congress也可以veto总统这个veto，但是需要绝
对大多数 supermajority。所以虽然理论上可行，但是EO被搞掉的可能性很小。
不过看现在这么多赋闲在家的印度大妈，以及移民局的办事效率，提EAD申请到拿到卡

and keep all relavent evidence, what the immigration officer (through

第一， 最高法院现在判决的是几个州关于禁止同性婚姻的case，也就是把那几个州关
