长话短说吧，我前一阵子在National租了一个月的车，当时用了学校的Contract ID，免
了LDW和CDW，当时还加了两个authorized driver，姑且称之为B和C（我是A）。租车的
时候用的是第四个人，也就是D的信用卡，国内的招行卡，没有附带租车保险。
本来租一个月一直平平安安的，结果最后一天还车路上，出事儿了。当时是B开车，结
果撞到了路边，整个车头凹下去一块儿，前脸基本上都塌了，然后车牌子也掉了。然后
当时在National claim了保险，结果是不管authorized还是renter出的事故，都是
claim在renter名下的。这个我认了。因为Contract ID里面含了LDW和CDW，所以当时觉
得这事儿也就这么过去了。

1. （三年contract 上面写）一年一review，依照reviewr结果决定下年度工资发放：
这是常规，只是大家都这样写，还是真的第一年没达到第二年还要重新谈工资？
2. 三年 A journal 3 篇（数字和journal等级是虚构的，因为不是我们要询问的核心
）：这个是我们最疑惑的，如果没有达到，一般是怎么处理？是直接 kick out、到时
候重谈、还是看三年中做人成功或失败？
3. 现在的 contract 没有提到如果都做到了三年后的 contract 是什么，这是因为潜
规则是三年如果都做到了，下个contract直接延续现有的薪水上吗？还是需要contract
上写明三年后 tenure review 过后以目前工资继续聘用？
因为周围朋友也都没有实际归的经验，所以只好上来问问，谢谢! |

contract阶段给你工作干。
我的意思是如果自己选择了一份contract 工作，假设时间是9个月，那么如果我在
contract期间找到别的公司愿意给我full time ，我是不是可以辞掉contract，不需要
交任何罚金。
还是在签contract的时候双方就把这些可能发生的事情都已经写清楚了

的话能不能申请OPT extension？
2. 如果办理H1b，因为政府机构本身不受CAP限制，但是不知道contract的offer能不能

if you are the contractor that signed the contract with client, not
fulfilling your contract can cost penalty several times more than the
rewards. If you are just an employee of contract company then the company
is the contractor legally bonded to the contract, not you. it you quit,

h1b，但是请问google的这个规定到底有多大影响？
然后就是我听闻，contract要办理h1b，需要end client提供很多supporting document
，包括statement of work 来证明别人对你有这个需求，而且这个contract结束时间必
须晚于h1b生效时间才行
还有其他的材料如paycheck以及special occupation的证明
想问下有朋友可以分享下agent本身没有project，纯粹靠end client走H1B成功的例子

，觉得应该可以信得就用了；在带我看房子的时候没有要求签什么exclusive contract
. 现在准备下offer了，发过来的文件有exclusive contract. 说从签字日生效没有
specify term, 就说24小时书面通知终止；另外 if the buyer is negotiating and
or has entered into agreement or sale, contract terminates upon settlement.
这是说这个应该是给offer 请她negotiate 的时候就应该要签的一个文件吗？看条款
要terminate 是不难，感觉好像是说在给offer 和讨价还价期间代理，事情结束后就结
束。 那这个contract 可以签吗？
我觉得应该也就是用这个agent 了不会找别人，但是是不是大家一直都说不要签什么
exclusive contract. 这个签了会有任何风险吗？我也不想无故拒签把跟agent 的关系
搞僵什么的。

breaching a contract, a breach of contract provides a wonderful opportunity
for lawsuit no matter if they did or didn't write that on the contract and
they will defintely sue you for all collaterals (i.e. financial damage you
caused for their shortening of staff). And we're at a disadvantage when it
comes to court because it's our second language and we're Asian we won't be
able to fight them.

本来都不感冒的，基本不考虑。 但是最近有个contract，貌似和
我的专业和project经验很合适。好的是这个contract号称要2年，
时间比较长。
我考虑是不是可以用cpt+opt来接下这个offer。另一方面是想把
这个积累成工作经验， 将来找工作好找一些。
但是一直听说这个老印ICC很危险，会被忽悠， 所以有点虚，
不知道，这种contract job靠不靠谱？
对方给的价是50/hour, 这个价格可以吗？
本人现在是cs master已毕业， 另一个相关专业ph。d也论文阶段，
因为对academic不感兴趣，一直想入公司。 在美没有工作经验，

报个ANNUAL SALARY,也不好算吧？？
这个CONTRACT应该还可以，是TEMP TO HIRE的，如果你表现不错，一般会转正的。
短期CONTRACT的工作一般不适合H1B,公司不可能办H1B,除非你先用OPT干这个短期几个

现在公司支持不住了，估计快要下岗了。
如果没有合适的下家，该接contract的活吗？之前有个contract公司说能transfer H1B
的。这个contract公司不是烙印的，但是不知道是否有风险，请给些建议
