看法。国家统计局12月4日发布公告，2014年全国粮食总产量达到60709.9万吨（12142
亿斤），比2013年增加516万吨（103.2亿斤），增长0.9%。我国粮食总产量实现“十一
连增”从2010年开始，每年相对前一年的增幅分别为2.9%，4.52%，3.2%，2.1%，0.9%
。这个问题非常复杂，数据肯定是没有问题的，但关键是我们的粮仓里是否有这么多粮
食。现在需要澄清的问题是：
第一，中国18亿亩耕地撂荒的有多少？播种季节减少的耕地有多少？

在音乐领域，AI早在几年前便已经可以创作出既合乎规则又听感良好的巴洛克时期、古
典主义早期以及现代主义时期的十二音、无调性等风格的音乐。甚至许多古典爱好者也
难以分辨由一首乐曲是由AI创作的还是由作曲家创作的。AI目前掌握的很好的这些风格
，都有一个特征就是“规则严格”，而对于规则稍微模糊、个人气质更加明显的浪漫主
义、印象主义音乐，AI目前的答卷还不能令人满意。但是我相信，随着AI技术的发展，
在不远的将来，AI也是可以创作出能够媲美肖邦、德彪西、拉威尔等大师的曲子的。而
AI未来将代替一些“作曲”、“编曲”、“作词”的工作的事实也是显而易见的。但我
并不悲观，相反，我更相信AI会成为一个非常优秀的工具，将人类从简单的创作活动中
解放出来，投入更加复杂的创作中去。以前的人类需要花很多时间学习乐理、练习创作
，而以后可能只需要给定风格，机器便可以一键生成数种配器和编曲方案。而人类当然
也不会满足于就此止步，对新音色，新技法，新的音乐创作理念的探索也会相应深入。

在国人印象中，世界上最糟糕的空军当属印度空军，正所谓”不用打自己就摔完了”，
不但是中国人对印度空军的印象，连美国空军也对其有这样的看法。然而，当美国空军
2004年派出部队和印度进行联合演习时，却意外的被印度空军以9:1击败，此事在美国
国内掀起轩然大波。
一、“印度合作-2004”演习
“印度合作-2004”（Cope india）演习是美军在2004年开始和印度进行的空军联合演
练，其主要内容包括飞机测试、战法实践和战法授课等内容。2004年，第一届演习举办
地点定在印度中央邦的瓜廖尔空军基地，美军自然不把小小的印度放在眼里，他们认为
印度空军能不自己摔飞机就不错了。
2004年2月16日，瓜廖尔基地的两军开始正式演练，在进行了常规科目练习后，演习正
式进入对抗阶段。来自美空军第3航空队的4架F-15C战机面对印度空军10～12架米格-21

from the ban otherwise it becomes unfair. If one is sick instead of allowing
him or her to take the banned drug he/she should take leave off the
competition if he/she can not cope ,that is the ood of sickness. Otherwise
it becomes absurd for him /her to take the drug and excel against others.
His/her adversaries will see that as unfair but afraid to talt for fear of
being penalised by the authority. |

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
