因为书算是跟儿童教育沾上点遍，我就比较注重它体现的教育理念，以及这些理念的适
用性，推广的可能性；如果孩子现在所处的教育体系跟巴豆园相差甚远，我们要cope么
？如何cope？
基本上的体会是，或许许多人把巴豆园当理想中的学校21，即便是现实生活中有跟巴园
比较接近的学校，我们也不一定有勇气有财力去追随它所倡导的教育理念 :) 看看现在
推崇的早教早慧早熟等等，我们有勇气让孩子做孩子，让孩子做他们自己么？有信心有

打个比方说，一个小孩子，刚学会用右手写字，但是右手因意外残废了，而且先进科技
不能医治。于是这个小孩就必须学习用别的途径去弥补他右手的缺陷，使这个缺陷不要
成为他成长的绊脚石。ADHD也是一样，药物也是治标不治本的，就是让孩子能够静下来
一段时间，好好听课，但是更多的时间，他还是会多动。心理辅导/特殊教育则是从如
何cope with ADHD着手，例如教小孩如何和别的孩子交往之类的。
其实对于ADHD，很重要一点是父母的教育和支持，让父母知道如何去应付小孩的ADHD，
比直接教小孩好。
吃的药，国外和国内都是一样的，其实药物的效果并没有大量研究的支持，但的确对一
部分孩子有用。
治疗当然是越小开始越好，长大了就已经知道如何cope with it了，很多ADHD的成年人
都不吃药的。

岗位待遇：
1、年薪不少于22万元（含市财政给予的生活补助12万元/年）；特别优秀者可申请
校长卓越博士后，年薪可达30万元。
2、可作为负责人申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及省、市各级课题；
3、出站后留深圳工作可申请10万元科研启动经费；
4、符合市后备级人才条件的可以申请获得相应的住房补贴；
5、海外博士留深工作可以申请孔雀计划80-100万住房补贴，并有机会获得300-500
万科研启动经费。
岗位要求：
1、拥有有机化学专业博士学位，具有扎实的有机合成功底，接受过严格的专业训
练，有很好的实验操作能力和良好的独立思考、独立领导项目、独立解决问题的能力。
从事过天然产物全合成研究者将得到优先考虑。
2、热爱科学研究并有志于做出一流的科研成果，勤奋努力、服从安排、踏实好学。
3、具有良好的英语听说读写能力，能够独立撰写英文报告和论文。
