1，如果先装地板，再装baseboard，是否那一小条quarter round就可以不需要了？ （
但baseboard还是钉在墙上而不是地板上，对吧）
quarter round 主要功能是为了美观。如果baseboard跟地板之间缝隙太大或者不均匀
，quarter round可以掩盖。你可以以后再装。
2，如下工具用品是否够了？
laminate地板安装kit，榔头，护膝，jig saw
对于baseboard，不确定用什么东西来切和钉比较好。
我个人认为jig saw切地板完全够用，因为切割的部分会被baseboard遮盖住。夹子和工
作台会让切割方便一些。
baseboard和quarter round想要效果好需要miter saw，内角结合处需要coping saw，
如果你很讲究。
如果手钉，baseboard需要finish nail，6d， quarter round用4d。你需要nail set。
另外需要wood putty。
你可能需要stud finder，baseboard最好钉到stud上。

因为墙根墙角处的墙壁不是很垂直。
2。 baseboard 的长短很难控制。
往往切好了， 钉子钉上后， baseboard 往后腿 1, 2 毫米。 本来合缝的，给留了个
空。
3。 stud finder 很难找到确切的stud 位置。
这个是不是和我的 stud finder 有关？
4。 finish nail..
多长好？ 具体那个型号？
5。 填finish nail 的坑能用 caulk ? 还是要wood filler?

1.内墙角可以用coping saw 处理，衔接会好些。见下图
2.留点余地微调（砂纸，sander）说实话我也没啥好办法
3.买贵的：）或者用细钻头探，从corner开始。找到一个后面的就好办了，一般相隔16寸
4.baseboard用6D，quarter round 4D，一般finish nail即可。头小，可以用nail set
完全敲进baseboard

pine 的切角是不是比较粗？ 以后会不会型变？
2。 你好像用手敲 finish nail, 这比nail gun 有好处么？
3. baseboard 一般是有白色的 primer, 一般用啥油漆（白色）？
我买的白色水基， 用刷子刷不平。 很难。

nail gun 钉子8 还是10 G 记不清了，应该都差不多，2寸长就好
stud 位置大概估计一下就可以订了，有翘起来的话就低低的在接近地板的位置订两下
，墙根位置有根横的梁，到处都可以订，多订几个钉子也没什么
最后就用caulking，dynaflex 2300 就挺好，拼缝的钉子眼的地方caulking就行
baseboard 嘛，coping 实在是没必要。当然要stain baseboard 的话就有必要了 |

开，建议我用mdf的。但4.25" chaleston crown moulding mdf 的profile远不如pine
的清晰.
我看网上说要用coped corners 而不是mitered corner joints, scarfed and glued
running joints instead of simple butt joints. 但又不知怎么和中国师傅解释这些
。还是中国师傅装crown molding应该都知道这些。湾区有比较好的装crown moulding
的师傅吗？

空就是了，然后用Caulking胶补上就行。真正最大的缝来自两个Molding的交接处，直
面虽然简单，但差别太大。网上有人用切斜角来弥合，但效果也不太好，而且麻烦。看
LZ发明那种小棒去磨面，但估计也不能完全弥合。 |

你的是concrete pool，不是liner pool.我开始看你的coping stone跟我的很象，所以
提个醒，希望不要蹈我的覆辙。既然是concrete，水是可以放的. 不过通过过滤的方法
也可以把水弄清。
前面说的手工捞，就是你照片中的那个网兜工具。你从里面搅一下，把大块的都用网兜
捞个查不多，后面就好vac/filter了 |

铁律，前戏做足。。。。。。
搬家具--除地毯--除baseboard--清理地面--找平地面--防水膜（蓝米最怕水）----
underlayment（如果蓝米自带可免）--切门柱--开铺。。。。如果不想用transition从
一点开始，理论上蓝米前后左右都可以接。。。--铺完
油漆baseboard--安装baseboard--打胶（先用masking tape贴好墙面），转角上wood
filler或当drywall compound，堵钉子眼--砂平--补漆--清理--家具归位。。。。。
地板一般顺光线铺。。。
切割很多锯都行，小弟个人觉得jig saw方便。。。不然馒头胸可以买个skil floorsaw
粉尘很讨厌，有条件室外切割。。。防尘工作一定要做好
有钉枪的话上baseboard应该很快。。。懒得找stud可以主要钉sole plate上，补几枪
在高点位置。。。。
baseboard用miter saw/floor saw配合coping saw，mdf的材料容易加工。。。。

At the end of the day, it's all about productivity. Using a miter saw is
perhaps 5x more efficient than a circular saw for molding. And with much
better outcome. |

日常工具，你应该已经有一些，刀子，锤子，大小螺丝刀，撬棍，尺子
1 旧的baseboard能不拆就不拆。如果必须拆，需要螺丝钉，撬棍。
2.1 安装地板，各种电锯mitre saw, circular saw有最好，切断，切成窄条。有些电
锯没有也能凑合
4.2 处理门框可能需要coping saw，没有能凑合，用凿子慢慢割。
3 安装baseboard或者floor molding，钉枪，压缩机，用来安装baseboard
4 安装T molding/ transition strip，可能还得拆门装门，运气坏可能还得割门，又
得一天吧。
因为没经验和来回跑出去买工具材料，第一个房间可能3－5天铺完，剩下每个房间1天
铺完。 |
