家这8%的non-GMO corn就是出口用的，而且现在到了2013年，看你的数据也知道，还就
是这8%的non-GMO corn保持下来成为non-GMO了。其他的都被GMO代替了。
你要看不懂英文就算了。报告是Non-GMO Project,你们这边的组织。

角肉贴饼子。浓浓的烧肉配上豆角的清香，酱汁蘸上玉米饼子，那滋味想起来就流口水。
刚好这周在大华买了豆角，心血来潮，决定来尝试下这浓郁东北农家菜豆角肉帖饼子。
做法：
豆角烧肉，这个各家有各家做法，只要你喜欢就好。本来想用小排骨烧，上次剩了不
少猪蹄膀肉，就把猪蹄膀肉切块。油烧５成热，加肉炒香，加酱油，八角，冰糖，水大火开后
转小火炖３０分钟，然后加入摘好的豆角，一起炖１０分钟。这时候将玉米面取小块，帖于锅
边，用手按按，防止脱落。
盖上锅盖烧１０分钟就可以了。
刚帖上去
熟了以后，如果有些滑落也不要紧，滑落的浸了汤汁更好吃
玉米面饼子：
我是用了一半玉米粉，一半中筋面粉。拿热水烫过后，醒１０分钟就好。
如果有豆面应该更好，豆面和玉米面。
玉米粉是corn meal，不是corn flour。前者颗粒更粗，吃起来才有粗粮玉米饼的感
觉。

已经大众化，有些地方还会游行庆祝，很多人都会穿绿色的衣服，戴绿色的饰品。
我关心的不是宗教、不是历史、不是啤酒，我只在乎吃的，哈哈哈，大吃包就是
我啦。
一般的， 这一天传统晚餐是corned beef 和包菜，corned beef其实就是咸牛肉
啦，超市里有腌好的包装好的卖，一包大约2lbs的样子，6~10刀不等。
我想到要做介个， 也是因为方便， 直接放锅里炖着，到时间取出来吃就可以了
，只需要一个锅，解决一顿晚餐。
过程：
1、一个中型洋葱，切大块，铺在砂锅底部；
2、corned beef一包， 连包装里的腌料一起放入砂锅，倒水盖过牛肉开炖（包
装上写着50分钟/lb），不要加任何的盐；
3、包菜、土豆、胡萝卜切大块备用；
4、咸牛肉炖好后取出，用锡箔纸盖住保温，把杂菜们放入砂锅炖30分钟至软烂；
5、把杂菜捞出铺在碗里，切牛肉铺在杂菜上，有肉有菜，一顿晚餐有了。

如果你爸妈觉得中筋的还太筋道的话， 你可以加一点corn starch在中筋里来降低它的
筋度
cake flour就是可以用中筋加corn starch 来代替的
一般 2cups cake flour = 1 3/4 cups中筋+1/4cup corn starch |

有经验了，相信下一次更好，呵呵。
她的模具是100克的，我的是63克的，我自己随便计算了一下饼皮和馅料，还是觉得每
个份量不够，应该再做厚一点的。
比较困难的地方在于压膜的时候。那个花片老是粘在月饼上，取下来的时候就会弄破月
饼。害我反复做了两三次，弄到凌晨，烤月饼的时候我都快睡着了,呵呵。
我也不知道是不是我不会用这个模具。
也有可能，我饼皮前一天做好，第二天才包，就变黏了。
前一天晚上煮绿豌豆，尤其炒豆沙花了我好多时间，所以没时间包，呵呵。
礼品盒和第三张图里的包装纸和透明小盒子是国内买的，可惜忘了买封口机。
这样装好就可以送人了，呵呵。

绿豆蓉馅：
1：去皮绿豆两袋2×300克；
2：白糖2杯（420克），玉米淀粉（Corn starch）或糕粉（炒熟糯米粉）8大匙，炼乳

， 但这不等于， cake flour就是wheat + corn starch (麦+玉米）的混合物， 即使
这个混合物的蛋白质含量是8%。
你说的也没错， cake flour, all purpose flour还有bread flour的区别只是蛋白质
含量的不同， 但是这三种都是100%的wheat做的， 不是wheat + corn starch的混合物
。
麦和玉米的混合物产品 不等于 100%的全麦产品， 即使他们的蛋白质含量一样。 |

比方说
earthbest stagg 2 corn & butternut squash 4oz 里面有 40mg sodium
相反， plum organic just butternut squash 3oz 里有0 mg sodium, 当然这里面没
有corn, 但他家的 corn, apple mix里也没有sodium
可见不一定有sodium啊！！
偶不清楚earthbest是怎么回事？难道是为了口味后加的盐？那样太不好了！！！40，
50毫克对于baby来说狠多的

问题一：买农业股票能不能对抗经济危机和通货膨胀
“很担心美国经济，再次发生危机，或者发生通货膨胀，那么可不可以通过现在投资农
业股票来对个人财产进行保值。”这是一位网友之前在版上问过得问题。我当时就回答
了我的看法，结论是，不能。有以下几个原因。
1、农产品的价格是波动的，大多以半年或一年作为周期。这个时间是大部分农产品生
长的周期。由于南北半球季节相反的效应，使得一些一年一季的农产品也会产生半年期
的价格波动。简言之，当一种农产品价格升高后，必然激发农场和农民在半年内产出更
多的相应农产品，从而实现价格的稳定和回落。除非经历全球性的气候危机，否则农产
品的价格很难持续保持高位。而全球性的气候危机是十分罕见的。
2、农产品的价格并不独立于世界经济形势。举例说，油用大豆（Soybean (oil)），小
麦（Wheat）和玉米（Corn）这三种指标性农作物的价格曲线（附图一至三）相比于Dow

First things first.
Gold: the 1450 target was reached. I exited a small long position, flipped
and am now short. I am looking for a pull back down to 1428 and then 1418.
If, however, we rotate up to to a new high, I will be stopped out with a
small loss.
Dow cash traded up to 12,438 today for a high. Dow Futures have yet to trade
above 12,377. The old high on Feb 18th in the futures was 12,379. I am

Friday April 15th--Position Update
Today, I exited the 2/3 of the long gold position. 40 bucks in 3 days was a
great pop.
I have taken profits on the short Dow position, and remain net short a small
position. I still don't think this market can get above the 12,400 level. I
continue to look for a sell off down to the 11,900 level, or the 11,650
level.
I like buying July beans at 1330, and may beans at 1320. we are due for a

Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Copper traders and analysts are forecasting an end to
the biggest weekly rally since at least 1986 on concern demand will slow in
China while Europe’s lingering financial crisis limits growth.
