首先就是你的基因,要是你的身体就是program好,不怎么产肉,激素搭配就那样,涨
肉的激素不高,cortisol还不低,你有了足够的蛋白放在那里也没用呀。
你也是说了你不是body builder,也许你的训练就没有刺激到改变 body compostion
的程度。那没有任何区别又有什么奇怪呢?runner 吃一堆蛋白不是都给烧掉跑步去,

人体的血糖水平是在60-100的,太高就是糖尿病了。我们只要吃东西就会升高血糖的。
同样如果血糖低就会分泌 cortisol. 也就会分解糖原,蛋白质还有脂肪。这个过程是
优先分解蛋白质的。
从营养方面讲,碳水化合物应该是主要的能量来源。
另外,15G糖的概念,也是无从谈起,更不要说要以此为标准了。
多糖的摄取并不能保证纤维素的摄取。
水果也被列为有害食品,第一次听说。维生素,特别是水溶性维生素,难道都要靠
supplement 来补给吗。
个人经验,不应该是支持的根据,因为样本数量太小。另外影响体重有好多的因素,不
能以一代全。

时候会每天穿n次表演服装鞭策自己,mm也可以试试
饮食方面:蜂蜜砍了,米饭砍了,土豆砍了(如果有),多吃点肉和菜,如鸡肉火鸡肉,
纤维高的菜像芹菜、胡萝卜、各种豆子等,少放盐和酱油,尽量清淡,可以放辣
运动方面:跑步是不会腿粗的,脚踝痛说明脚踝周围肌肉太弱,每天练习用脚写字15分
钟,婚礼当天要穿很久的高跟鞋,脚踝练稳了穿高跟鞋也会有帮助

我前两年20天107 -> 100磅,运动量很小的,每天跑30分钟而已,每天吃1000-1200大卡
我觉得关键是时间要短,短时间的少吃,或者短时间的高运动,效果很立竿见影。拖拖
拉拉的,身体的代谢水平适应性的调低,或者cortisol之类的激素上来了,就越减越难
减了。
当然我的有利因素是我要减的重量不多。如果要减很多体重,短期(比如1个月)的
shock(也就是大的calorie deficit),配上间歇性(比如3-5天)的正常生活,应该
会比长期慢慢的少量的calorie deficit效果好,我猜想。 |
