然后双方付诸实施生效。等我们买了房，却来恶讨自己放弃的生意的佣金。之后最后小

们做清洁，做了也不算，他还要重做），还是扣着我们的1000多块钱不还，想尽了各种
理由，因为地毯和房间的清洁费他已经扣了，不能拿这个做借口，一开始先是说我们弄
脏了他客厅的墙，他要把所有房间的墙都刷一遍，这个费用$800要我们出，然后说主卧
室的closet的门拉起来滑动不顺畅，要修$250，一共1050，寄了个他自己写的帐单给我
们，这些钱刚好等于押金，所以他一分钱都不退了，我们给气坏了，打电话给他一直不

对方借着4 月底搬家的机会玩失踪，不露面，不接电话，不回短信。现在我只知道对方
姓名，卖旧房给住房公司后在门上贴的P. O. Box number，以及手机号码。（没有特别
附注的话，P. O. Box number应该是对应同town的post office 吧？）
我前几天遇见了对方大约10岁的孩子，让他通知家长联系我，结果也没有接到电话。现
在我准备先用寄到P. O. Box 的信件正式联系对方，若再没有正面回应，就不得不通过

我的问题是：如果我要通过small claims court解决，需要提供被告现在的地址吗？因
为对方孩子的学校没有换，所以我估计他们还住在同town，大概手机号码也没有换。但

很想上small court和insurance dispute一下他们不付的expense
（主要是我把车从第一个body shop move去了另外一下更加可靠的body shop,但是第一
个body shop 我已经authorize 做estimate了），现在insurance不承担之间的tow fee
和第一个storgage fee，300美元左右，其实也能承受，但是我觉的有点lawsuit 的经
验挺好的，还有就是diminish value的价值还没有商定
，如果比我的底线要低的话，就一起高了，这个可是好几千美元。
车是3年新的车，撞的挺厉害，修车费就有7000美元。
废话那么多，我的问题是：如果法官还是判我承担300美元，也就是没有告成，对方
