很慢，但是宝马的车主是个白人，他果断叫了警察，警察来了做了记录，留了双方的保
险信息，给了violator's copy 和court communication copy， 原因写的是failure
to reduce speed. 并没有罚款。
单子下面写了出庭时间，但是也注明了"no court appearance required"。我是不想去
court的，因为本来追尾就是我的责任，但是我还需要填写“Guilty plea"，同时邮寄
一张$120的money order 到court.
请问，有人知道这个是必需的吗？我必须的交钱吗？ 当时police offer说这个单子不

我要去的Court是Fremont的Traffic Court。查了一下，Fremont有一种Walk-in Court
，说是每天9am开始审理，register begins at 8am， 每天受理40人Walk-in.
我在想如果是Walk-in的话，警察当天肯定来不了啦？ 那岂不是随便一说就能给
dismiss掉了？
请问哪位有这方面经验没啊？我有点糊涂这个事情要怎么操作。。。

上night court的记得！不！要把车停在马路对面的parking structure里，那个楼7点
关闸，court的clerk会提醒，不过急忙忙跑去挪车还是很不爽的，停在楼外面的空地里
没这个问题
想上traffic school的就不要浪费时间了，judge明说了，上traffic school罚款一分
不减，上庭还要多交50多admin fee
没有啥dress code，整齐就行。到点了也不用急着进去，反正法官一个个点名，次序早
排好了
罚款可以用credit card交，好歹弄点cashback |

来打电话给court,他们都没有我的信息，叫我等到这个月底再打。。。我怀疑是警察局
忘了（遗漏）把我的信息给到court，所以他们至今不知道我这个case。我是不是不去
管，就会没事了？还是一定要追问court直到受到notice letter为止？

，过些时间再查。拿那个证明主要是图个安心，其实也没什么用，因为只要court没有
记录，就不可能说你fail to appear.
我那次court的人让我定期查。我定期（两周一次）查了几个月，也是每次电话的时间/
人都记录下了。后来基本觉的没问题都不查了，结果收到信了 :( |

人开的家庭式小型房地产公司租的，然后住满搬走后他们扣了一半多的押金。但是因为
我们之前有过租房经验，所以包括initial inspection, final inspection，房屋打扫
，保护，我们都做的很好，不存在问题，之后跟租房公司沟通后他们只退了30刀，哈哈
。然后我们咨询了法律援助建议去small claim court，然后租房公司要求私下解决，
但是估计还是不退。详细情况大家帮我分析一下，看如果去small claim court的话有

1.首先，clean扣了我们120刀，我们离开之前打扫的真的已经很干净很干净了。搬走前
一个礼拜他们发短信给我们说，让我们不用打扫，反正搬走后他们有专门的清洁公司来
打扫，我们回短信说我们还是打扫吧，不然你们有可能扣我们钱，然后他们再没回。结
果还是给扣了120，我们质询，他们说一般要三四百刀的，看你们收拾的还行就只扣了

爸爸开车路上和别人有碰撞，对方认为是我爸爸开车的问题，要求我们保险赔付。对方
没有collison保险，所以一定得我们的保险公司来修。保险公司根据我爸爸的描述，说
会reject对方的要求，但是对方可能会去small claim court。
回复一下当时的情景。我爸爸在自己lane开车，他是新手开得比较偏，但应该还在自己
lane。然后旁边lane某车从旁边蹭过。然后两车碰到了。
不太想和对方纠缠这种事情，不知道应付small claim court会有多麻烦。第一个问题
是父亲11月份回国，如果那个时候small claim court过来要求，如果因为要回国不能
应诉，会不会有什么不好的影响，譬如说影响父亲下次入境，或者需要我作为主体来应

Played at Rock Creek Tennis Center last night. There are more than 12 very
nice hard and clay courts, with lights.
Spot two courts on my way home this morning at Rosemary park, just north of
DC. Parked my car, played for about 30 minutes, one court is completely in
shade at 8:30am, not bad.
Came back home to watch Stosur lost to Kanepi at Wimbledon. Those are some eye-

courts (in 4 rows, beautifully put together) in the center of campus. There
are plenty of parking next to those courts. Most of the courts were occupied
when we arrived, there was a group lesson going on the very next court.
After a thunderstorm-shortened match, we ate at the Domino's on Universty
Ave. where two mid-sized pizzas are priced at $9.99 - making us all winners. |
