，就去Food Court逛了一圈。结果发现只有中餐馆和印度餐馆还开着门，在里面吃饭的
都是老印。
等外卖的时候去，顺便和中餐馆老板聊了几句。他很自豪的告诉我他们除了美式中餐也
卖些正宗中餐，例如蚂蚁上树之类的。所以他们的菜都有中文菜牌。不过那里的中国人
远远没有印度人多。
难道印度的Qualcomm员工比中国人多这么多吗？还是中国员工一般都自己带便当不太出
去吃？ |

人5点就去排的。警察不会去，你只有三种回答，guilty, not guilty, no comment.一
般法官会酌情让你少交钱的，我去的那天完全dismiss的只有几个而已，多多少少是会
交些钱的。 |

In the past, polices usually didn't show up because they didn't get paid for
going to courts.
Now, they do get paid, and so usually they show up.
taoge888 mentined the written declaration, which I used couple times. Not
sure whether it is applicable to your case.
If you just want to get a fine reduction, you can go to the court to declare

个老judge很油滑---他明确说 “如果别人告诉你，给你罚单的警察没有来法庭，你的
case就会被dismiss--this is not true!”
我感觉san jose的 traffic court不是很正规啊，担心我上庭的时候，假如给我罚单的
officer没有来，这个老油条法官会依然给判我输。
请教有什么办法避免这种情况发生？如果这种情况发生了，这个老judge 算违法么？

但是因为钱已经付了，他们要我付咨询费。他们要的这个咨询费还是挺贵的。在别的律
师，他们提供的咨询可以算是免费的。
现在的问题是
1.钱已经付给他们了，他们说收的费用之后，不给我明细单。我要了很久才给我
2.我们没有签合同，这个是他们的纰漏。然后他们要求我必须写一个aggreement 表示
我已经同意终止服务，但是我一直没提供给他们。
3.事情已经过去1个多月了，他们什么都不给我，就好像没有这个事情似得
我现在有个律师朋友建议我去small claim court，因为这个律师没有跟我签合同，现
在给我的服务时间也是有问题的。因为我付费之前向他们请教的问题，他们居然也写到
翻译明细单里面去了。
有人去过small claim court吗？请教我这样的情况去可以吗？翻译我看网站上好像即
使$30，不会有更多的钱了吧？另外，我要注意那些问题呢？

麻痹的， 今天5点多起床就是为了赶在早一般的traffic court 过招。
排在了前几位，
8电0左右， 法官晃晃悠悠进来了，开始受理各种罚单，
每念一个罚单都高声读出来， 说此罚单很贵，你要不要 fight？不要就减少，还有
traffic school 可以上。
晓之以理，动之以情，快点plead guilty.
麻痹， 他为什么这么煽情让你认罪啊？
难道如果你不认罪， 下次fight可以赢的把握大吗？
这个逼一个早上收了那么多钱， 不费力气， 不需要动脑子，体力。财源滚滚啊。
老子今天认罪罚单从500降到300了。 |

这件事在坛子里挂了半年了，发这个帖，是希望给长期关注此事的热心人一个交代清楚。
简单总结
因为我们看了十来趟房，放走了她认为的好房子，原中介电话上决然愤然要求终止合同
然后双方付诸实施生效。等我们买了房，却来恶讨自己放弃的生意的佣金。之后最后小
成本在small court告我们。Hearing在六月，我们在dallas，最后买的房在allen的
twin creeks。我目前没有透露过这个中介的任何信息，但她在给法官信里说我帖了20
多个帖子诽谤她。骗取法官同情？我知道公布她的信息对我无大碍，但我知道她是一个
人，是靠这吃饭，所以 |

CAMERA
逮住罚40刀。以前都乖乖地交了。上个月又吃一张罚单，实在气不过，我决定上诉。结
果跟公司请了
一天假，去了趟COURT。法官只愿减半，罚款变成20刀。但是其他的COST:
COURT COST= 22.50， PARKING = 12， CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION COST=2.5
Total cost = 20 + 22.5 +１２ ＋ ２.５ ＝ ５７ＵＳＤ
这还不算汽油费，和请假。
所以建议大家以后还是老实付钱算了。当然最好不要超速（<10miles). |

今天中午去milpitas bintang发现一个人没有.
我只好一个人在20个court上练了练步伐.,嗯就是每个court跑了一圈.
地板一般,和其他bintang的类似.是laminate 地板上面铺胶皮.胶皮不是很厚.
灯光是沿着球场边线一排日光灯.这也和其他bintang类似,这种灯光沿着边线来的高球,
有可能看不见
球网很好.都是YY的网子,支架钉的很结实.
地方很大,场边一个椅子也没有.不知为什么.
人气看来还需要积累. |

，还要向左、向前蹬地转体发力。cross court就更要向左多转一些才行。正常的正手
发力有>50%的力量来自于转体和重心前移，只有很小部分才直接来自胳膊挥拍。
running forehand来自转体和重心前移的贡献就很小了。解决办法：
1. 最根本的是跑到位。如果能提前跑或跑快点，及早到位，就会有更多时间转体和上
重心，问题就解决了
2. 如果实在跑不到位，就基本没时间转体和上重心了。那就意味着要全靠挥臂来发力
了。这时要提前拉拍，增加拉拍幅度和following through的程度。即使这样也很难完
全弥补不能转体和上重心引起的力量丧失。这时，为了使球在力量不足的情况下也能打
的比较深，就只能把球打高点了（一般都打高上旋）。这就是为什么很多running
forehand都要向上挥拍，甚至打reverse forehand
3. 在2的情况下，要打cross court，就更要提前击球，这要求更早的拉拍，且拉拍更
向右，然后向左挥拍。球高没关系，反正这时一般都打上旋球，你会刷球就行。 |

他能打出的远离你当前位置的最大角度了。现实是，往往他的直线打不了那么绝对的直
，而是或多或少有点斜，如果向你的back hand方向斜一点，就很可能出界了。所以一
般都是向场内斜一点，这就是我说的“对方回球的角度基本都是向着你来的”。相反，
如果你打直线到对方反手，对方可以有很大的安全范围打你的反手cross court而不用
担心出界。这个有一点counter-intuitive，不过你那纸画画就知道了。这是由对方回
球时他和你的相对位置决定的。我这个是从一个专门讲比赛strategy的文章里看来的，
不是我自己拍脑袋想出来的。这里讲的都是概率和原则。现实比赛中还要看对手和其他

我不是神医护士，正经偶尔在ebay上卖个自己不需要的东西。
终于也遇到骗子了。
骗子收到货后说是10岁儿子买的，用paypal付钱的。要退。
我说好，退吧，按照合同来。
骗子dispute credit card，credit card就把钱还给他了。Paypal就把钱还给credit
card。
PayPal说在帮我向credit card company appeal.要我等75天。我没有耐心了。
因为以前打过很多small claim court的案子，非常喜欢美国这个小额法庭。几乎所有
case都赢了或者settle了，告过房东，手机公司，保险公司，等等。
我现在在想，这个案子，告谁比较好。

半年多的新车左前边被一个小动物撞坏，bump和左头灯需要更换。经人介绍，在一个姓
李的私人那里修理，把车第一次开过去给他看的时候，他说bump和车头灯都没有问题，
只是hood有些变形了旁边的缝缝他尽量修，再喷漆，要价450刀。我觉得价格厚道，就
决定放在那里修了。
过了几天给我打电话，李师傅说发现车的油漆很便宜，原来的价格减去120刀。我真是
大吃了一惊。
今天说修好了，可以去拿了，我过去一看，心花怒放，bump修的天衣无缝，比新的那边
还好。
我当时就说，要给他原来说好的450。可是李先生一个劲儿地要求降价到330。他说，本
来说好的330，一分钱不能加。
我和他你来我去的说了几句，他就像一个和尚似的反反复复：我不和你说了，我只收
