人说，ASHR怎么开盘这么低，ASHR怎么突然涨了，ASHR走势对第二天A股是个风向标，
等等这些东西。我在这里给不明白的人解释解释。
ASHR的NAV也就是净值，对应的是以美元计价的沪深300指数，追踪方式是按照市值，买
了对应的沪深300股票。注意这个是ASHR的NAV，我们平时交易的是ASHR的价格。这两者
之间会有差异，价格低于NAV就是折价，反之就是溢价。
那么沪深300的价格又是什么决定的呢？和任何证券产品一样，买卖的供需决定的。不
过有很多因素可以影响这个供需，常见如下：
1. 国内沪深300的股指期货。大部分时候，沪深300的股指期货和现货走势的差异并不
太大，升贴水也不太多。这种情况下，对ASHR的价格也没什么影响。但有的时候，特别
是今年六七八三个月来，国内股指期货时不时会出现深度的贴水或升水，这个时候就会
反映在ASHR的价格上了：虽然ASHR的NAV还是跟着现货走，但开盘价确实按照沪深300期

regulations. 绝大多数基于雇主(或者雇主支持)的移民类别(EB类)都要求第一步先办理Labor Certification. 只有如下几类例外不需要labor certification through PERM Process:
1) EB-1s: EB-1A 特殊人才类 (An Alien of Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B 杰出研究人员/教授 (Outstanding Researchers/Professors), EB-1C 特定跨国高层管理人员 (Certain multinational executives and managers).
