总结如下:
1) security freeze的含义及其作用?
通俗地讲，"secruity freeze"是你主动给你的credit report "上锁" 以对其进行保护
. 从而, 任何第三方机构（如银行: AMEX, Chase）需要得到你的授权才能"hard pull"
你的credit report.
注1: 通过第三方（如银行）的网络链接或者邀请信申请信用卡或者贷款时，第三方并
未(以默认的方式)得到你的授权，也无法hard pull被security freeze的credit
report.

先是联系了HSBC，他们说可以做，给我的5年ARM听起来非常好，跟很好credit的人拿到

第三年。新的公司想我早点去，但是那样就差一个多月的时间，没有办法在现在这里注
满三年。
想问一下，是不是只要在剩下这一个月不卖房子，也不出租，就算我搬到别的地方住，
也不用退那$8k？非常感谢！

agent帮我找个local mortgage officer提供preapproval letter.
昨天下午他电话问我几个general的问题,要我fax给他credit report.
他昨天晚上就给我发来preapproval letter,但是要我给他发去credit history,因为发
的只有score没有history.
他今天收到credit history以后说,如果我只有一年多credit history,不能qualify.又
说不熟悉我的credit report format,想run我的credit.
我当然不想给他run,而且已经拿到preapproval letter呢.
请教大家---
如果我不理他,sellter/bank拿到offer以后,有没有可能联系他?然后他给seller/bank
对我不好的feedback?因为其实他并没有真正preapprove我.

但是credit 更高一些，打算下周去她办公室开始办手续。
今天和三个lender最后一次quote, 另外两个lender 15 year, 3.5% credit 都是$
750, 3.625% credit 可以给到$2650， lender A 给的3.5% credit 是$2250， 我当时
就定下来和A下周一办手续，因为这个差别还是很明显的，我挂电话前，让A再给我一个
3.625% 的credit 和cost,晚上看到，A给的3.625%credit只有$3000, 我以为可以给到
至少$3500以上，因为根据另外两个lender，3.625% credit 比3.5% 多了差不多$2000
，A 给的只多了$750
我不知道是不是要再和A说说提高3.625%的credit，但是又不知道怎么说，毕竟她给
的还是最高的，也没法让她去match local 别人，网上Americsave，credit 倒是给到$

更正：用一年半（18 months） 后，它就寄回一张（5000+一年定存利息）支票给你，
你的卡也转正成credit card（unsecured Citi card）
5000当是一年定存计利息给你，不过很低。
网上填再打印出来，打印出来再填，（Signature，打印出来再填），连5000大元check
或money order，ITIN，ID，护照，最新银行信或家庭电话信复印件寄去。获批后，有
一张表寄你的签名去。

的credit
我两年contract满了后，本打算换verizon，但好像他家比较贵，于是还想在att，但
att要每条线36块的升级费，我一心想waive掉这个钱，于是打电话去客服去试了试。
我说要cancel，于是客服转给了cancellation部门，我说合同到期，想升级成iphone
5s，别的carrier有一些credit
里面人说，你要是和att升级的话，我给你一条线100块的credit，我心里一愣，这个钱
在客服那里是从未提及啊。
我说，好啊，那升级费能不能免，他说，这个实在不行。我心想反正这个credit已经能
cover升级费了，我说那我就升级吧，是去店里升级吗？他说，可以，你就找最近的店
就行，你的credit已经在你的账号里了。
第二天，我去店里，店小二说，账号里没看到credit，店里也没有土豪金，要我去苹果
店看看。在去苹果店的路上，我又打个电话给客服，说你们门市部没有看到我的credit
，客服说也看不到，于是转我去注销部。注销部的人听了我的情况说，哎呀，你得跟我

有很多读者问这么一个问题：我的贷款经纪人（broker）或者银行（lender）在某某利
率下给我多少多少credit，而在一个更高的利率下给我多少多少credit，我究竟应该选
择哪一个呢？
首先，要明白一个基本的规则 - 即利率越高，银行给贷款申请人的credit就越多。
让我们举例来说明，假设某贷款申请人的所申请的贷款金额是$400K，期限为30年固定
，银行在4%的利率水平下给$2,000的credit来cover closing cost；而在4.125%的利率
水平下则能够给出$5,000的credit。4%利率下每个月的月供是$1,909.66，4.125%每个
月则是$1,938.60，两者的差值是$28.94。用5000减去2000等于3000。3000除以28.94等
于103.66。也就是说，低利率的好处要在103.66个月也就是差不多9年以后才能体现出
来。如果说在9年之内，房子卖掉了或者做了一次no cost refinance的话，选择低利率

I use amex credit secure service.
1). If I have speng more on credit card, my credit will rise a lot.
2). If I have applied more credit card, my score will rise a lot.
3). If I have opened 3 more account such as credit card account, my credit
will go higher a lot.
I applied more credit last years. yes! more hard-pulls, but my credit is
higher.
This year I apply less, my score is lower.

有很多读者问这么一个问题：我的贷款经纪人（broker）或者银行（lender）在某某利
率下给我多少多少credit，而在一个更高的利率下给我多少多少credit，我究竟应该选
择哪一个呢？
首先，要明白一个基本的规则 - 即利率越高，银行给贷款申请人的credit就越多。
让我们举例来说明，假设某贷款申请人的所申请的贷款金额是$400K，期限为30年固定
，银行在4%的利率水平下给$2,000的credit来cover closing cost；而在4.125%的利率
水平下则能够给出$5,000的credit。4%利率下每个月的月供是$1,909.66，4.125%每个
月则是$1,938.60，两者的差值是$28.94。用5000减去2000等于3000。3000除以28.94等
于103.66。也就是说，低利率的好处要在103.66个月也就是差不多9年以后才能体现出
来。如果说在9年之内，房子卖掉了或者做了一次no cost refinance的话，选择低利率
就亏了。当然，如果说高利率比低利率给的credit比较少，比如才几百块钱，那当然是

Myth No. 2: "Checking your credit hurts your credit scores."
Fact: Checking your own credit reports and scores does not affect your
scores. Period.
A credit check could hurt you if you asked a friend at a bank or car
dealership to pull your credit reports. Such transactions probably would be
coded as "hard" inquiries, or as applications for credit, which could ding
your scores.
But checking your own credit is otherwise a non-event. |

今天来说一下credit line
今天早上到CHASE办点事 banker在登录我帐户把我的疑问弄清后，看了一下我的资料。
然后问我：你的credit line涨到了5K，你要上调吗？
我一愣，觉得自己可能听错了。他马上把屏幕转给我，屏幕上显示，preapprove
credit line $5，000.
太出乎我的意料了。我有一张chase的credit card,那种没有reward的（1K credit
line），所以我用过几次就不再用了，全去用LG的（他的的freedom credit card有
cashback）。前两天他收到了chase的信说他的信用额度涨到5K。
走出银行LG感叹到：“看来说女生的credit line比男生的高真是不假呀,你的credit
line比我跳得还快。”
我比LG晚来半年，他工作我是housewife。
他的信用额度是从500——》3500——》4000——》4500——》5000
我的信用额度是1000——》5000
其实我也不知道是啥道理，今天没在ba |
