DUBLIN去南湾或半岛的CUMMUTE非常痛苦,但是还可以执行. 但是在Walnut Creek的话基
本不可能了.
另外Dublin华人/印度人比例很高, Walnut Creek/Alamo/Lafayette/orinda一线华人少
很多. 各个家庭都有不同的喜好. |

Hills附近要便宜一些。
Walnut Creek的问题是根本无法commute到南湾/半岛，只能是SF去SF工作的。 三谷的
commute到南湾虽然痛苦，但是还能执行， Bart去SF也没有问题。 |

发帖数: 878 | 8 现在州立公园全部收费，加上最近很忙没有发爬山帖子。很久没有爬山了，昨天下午匆
匆走了一趟非常容易的Franklin Falls算是慢慢恢复，推荐一下（这个也收费，不过是
联邦的稍微便宜一点）。本来打算再走走denny creek，去玩一玩那个石板水滑梯，去
得太晚就作罢了。

两个的trailhead相距只有二百米（GPS：47.4130, -121.4416），可以走I-90的47口或
者52口下去，在东西两条单向高速中间。FF只有来回2迈，而且可以中间开走，适合初
次爬山的一两岁孩子。DC来回4迈，有一个水滑梯，大一点不怕冷的孩子可以玩一玩水
。FF离trailhead近的河里有一个真的能滑水的地方，不要命的可以穿救生衣带一根30
码长的保险绳试一试。
停车需要联邦森林day use pass（好像是5刀一天，没有的话抓到罚款55刀），或者其
他联邦娱乐区通行证，比如30刀的西北野行证，或者8... 阅读全帖 |

但是GPS上输入这个坐标，得到的不是Denny Creek。

米粉的汤头跟turkey creek这家差不多， 肉片比福临门切得薄，
但是不如turkey creek这家的嫩。
还点了个跟韩国拌饭类似的， 米饭上有pork steak， 煎蛋， 蔬菜。
烤猪排不错， 其他的和辣椒酱拌了吃。 |

the best communte to downtown among all major freeways, and still is a
master planned community that has the suburb feel. We like our community
very much. However, not many Chinese live here though (we know 2-3 families
in our neighhoods so far), that's probably the reason the schools may not be
as highly rated as the ones in Katy or Sugarland :) The new Fall creek

了多少条...
如果你想见到他,还有 hook-line&sinker等大牛人,本月17号他们在Nails Creek park
要搞个WB fishing clinic,可以去学个一招半式的. 他们在Yegua creek, sommerville
的钓龄都有二三十年了... 还有现场教学.最后还有fry fish 吃.还可以跟名人照照相
什么的. 免费的哦. |

thinking about the forecast of that rain and cooler weather for the next few
days and how it could put a slow down on the bite, so I loaded up and hit
the creek while it was still in the middle 70’s. For the first time this
year I saw several fish spawning in the shallow moving water. To me that’s
a good thing, because the fish are on a constant move up and down the creek.

我已经定了labor day，9月5号到7号3晚在upper pine的campsite。现在想7号那晚到
Bridalvail creek去住。Google半天不知道7号那晚（labor day最后一天）Bridalvail
creek campsite到底开不开。另外，如果还开的话是不是要很早去才能有地方？

17号highway alma bridge road 下来。
los gatos creek trail起点， 美丽的lexington reservoir
新车首骑开始了，来回总长20麦，心情无比激动。
一上来就是个很陡的下山坡。哥车技太差。吓得一屁股跳下来。
安全第一，推车下山，不丢人。
trail旁的小溪，流水潺潺。
只是这段路全是小石子，听着车轮嘎智嘎智的声音。心疼新车啊。
路过一桥洞，壁画有点意思
终于上了paved road，心情舒畅
骑，往城市边缘骑，把车档都挂起来，用速度换一点痛快。
来到一个公园。看到情侣三三两两，哥心潮澎湃。
换首歌。
那一天我漫骑在吹耳上，看见一对恋人相互依偎
那一刻往事涌上心头，刹那间我泪如雨下
至少有十年我不曾骑车
至少一路上遇到十个美女

的地段和小区吗？想开始看open house，行的话准备买一个好点的townhouse或者普通
的single house，准备看70－80万左右的。
如果想找中国人比较多的地方，是不是得到san ramon那边去了呀，听说walnut creek
中国人不是特别多呀？有孩子的话是不是要找个中国人比较多的地方比较好呢？
再问一句，walnut附近有什么比较好的park什么的可以去散散步之类的吗？ |

70－80万左右在Walnut Creek好的小区买SFH难度已经很大了, Lafayette基本不可能了
. Walnut Creek好的小区主要有Northgate, Parkmead以及和Alamo相邻的地区.如果考
虑学校的话, Moraga也有些Townhouse. 80W买的SFH应该是小,而且歪瓜裂枣. 从1月中
旬开始, 东湾北部地区的房价涨的很明显. 2015年对BUYER来说会是困难的一年,
SELLER普遍会很开心,什么样的烂房子都会卖出去. |
