他们网前那个人基本就没碰到过几次球，底线那个被压得怎么也上不来。

现在在做一个PORJECT，大概分两步的样子。
第一步：是一个time-series 的
对每个公司 i，Y(t)=alpha+beta*Y(t-1)+e。 (Y是相当于股票价格之类
的东西)
要求得到beta 对每个 i: beta(i)
第二步：是一个cross-sectional 的
对所有的公司 S(i)=gamma+eta*beta(i)+e'
要求得到ETA
我现在就是用最最简单的OLS把两步算了一下。但是，看到文献中说TIME-SERIES应该
考虑autocorrelation, cross-sectional应该考虑heteroscedasticity |

谜坛老Y亲自打电话问过加红十字。以下是他的贴子内容：

钱不会直接给中国，而是由他们根据需要决定给中国灾民买多少东西。如果捐款多于他
们“认为”所需额度，则会把余额留下，放到国际救助基金里。太令人失望了。

看来红十字的操作原则是统一的。以某个名义捐的款不一定都用到此处。发放多少不因
民众捐款多少而定。
US RED CROSS已向中国提供$10M，想来这不是民众捐款的数。
我已捐了RED CROSS (公司match)。还要再捐，准备马上直接写个支票寄给领馆，这样
虽没公司match，但100%是去了中国。

下午想去学校的blood drive 献血 以前在国内和NIH献过 第一次到red cross
电脑上回答各种问题 比如是否在英国之类的地方呆过多久啊 是否得过XX疾病啊 之类的
之后一个问题问到 是否与男性发生过性接触 选了是
因为和bf已经半年多了 在发生关系之前我们都做了 std screening 检查没事才继续的
之后nurse大姐就说 你这种情况不能donate blood
当然她说的很委婉 也没有挖苦什么的
只是突然有种说不出的失落感 不知道怎么说 感觉怪怪的
这里不是质疑他们的做法 或者什么什么
只是有种说不出的酸楚
想到自己都没有勇气告诉父母 甚至身边的朋友
不知道怎么面对毕业以后的生活 这些crap都涌上心头
哎。。。

结果USCIS没细看直接说我的申请没有visa available，priority date还不到，然后发
了据信过来。
网上查了下，好像这种情况时不时发生，是不是这种情况要去找congressman/senator
的办公室找人帮忙？听说打USCIS的客服热线接电话等待时间巨长， 而且没啥用？求版

之后我准备了关于 cross-chargeability 的材料。 希望议员办公室再回复移民局
charge 到我的配偶. 只不知道办公室会不会帮忙。
我file 了约 六次 SR. EAD 和 AP 也 renewed 了.
所以，收了i485，Check 被存了...很多机会 USCIS 不 apply cross-chargeability
