USO本身就不是用来和原油价格成正比的，而是来track每日的价格变动的，即保证uso
的每日波动和原油价格的波动比例符合即可。仔细琢磨这两者的差别。

（即相对含量最高的）是肉，不过第二项开始依次就是土豆和豌豆:Potato Flour
, Pea, Potato, Pea Fiber；而且整体Crude Protein含量只有31%左右，大大低于
其他grain free的“好猫粮”的crude protein含量（45%-50%)。这些参数对我而
言意味着这个猫粮的“肉含量”相对太低。尤其是，这样的“成分排序”和
“crude protien含量”实在不值它在petfooddirect.com上所列的高价。
顺便说一下，类似原因，我不看好的另一个grain free的猫粮，是
Natural Balance的grain free猫粮（Green Pea & Chicken Formula或Green Pea
& Duck Formula）。它成分第一项就是Peas（而不是肉）！整体crude protein
含量也只有30%。

When in Doubt, Bail and Re Group
The short Dow position looks good. Now I have moved stops to guarantee a
push at worse.
Crude oil looks dicey. I am going to exit my longs on a sell stop here if we
get a move below 106.50.
Better to exit and re group than to get sliced and diced.
I still have some puts on in the crude which looked pretty negative 4 days
ago, but in the end, may come back to be a good risk reward.

国自己的炼油厂。告诉你这些话的人怎么没说过去两个月沙特向全球的出口一直增加
包括向它自己在美国的炼油厂。沙特和OPEC的目的是打压 US shale 抢夺全球市场份额
这些国家这几个月一直加大出口 有的国家还增产。美国从来都不是重要的石油进口国
它的油基本自给自足的。最大的需求是来自亚洲和欧洲 - 这些国家 特别是中印最近一
直在增加原油储备，过了这村就没这店了。还有crude inventory 对crude curve
fundamental 来讲是lagging indicator, 但是WTI/Brent spread (tracking refining

Bears现在有个upper hand。
WLL是一定要卖一些midstream assets因为去年它买KOG的时候借了很多债。要是crude
lower for longer，它明年的liquidity会出现问题 （现在Bakken很多能源公司 OAS之
类的 都很有可能出现流动性的问题 那个basin 基本所有的油井包括big oil XOM HES
之类的都在亏钱，现在只有一部分Permian和Eagle Ford的油井还能维持）。
WLL现在是不想被收购的，但是 XOM HES
CLR Stat Oil 对它有兴趣 （它的assets在Bakken质量还算比较好的）。但是WLL必需
要卖的midstream assets现在一直没人买，也许它最后只好把自己卖了还债。还有就是
Paulson 是它最大的庄家，估计也要push WLL for sale.
现在虽然high yield debt market比较tough，但是 equity market 还是open的。YTD

2008年那一轮的油下跌主要是demand driven，global macro危机。那时候shale
revolution 还没显端倪，USD走弱，OPEC主导全球价格和产能 愿意减产 set crude
price floor。
这一次虽说是global macro 放缓对需求有影响但是没到危机的程度，主要是supply的
问题，shale vs OPEC之间的争斗，加上USD走强 加上地缘政治。比以往的石油周期都
要复杂，也许downturn时间也要长一些恢复的过程也长一些。但是美国一些能源公司抗
压能力也比以前的周期强些，股票表现可能会有较大不同，还有industry 会有一波
consolidation 也是可以投资的方向。
一般能源股反弹的时候，SMID-cap 领涨，beta领涨，E&P是领涨的sub sector之一，最
后因为这一次油周期的复杂多变和油价反弹初期 大部分机构投资者可能还risk averse
, 那么就希望是high quality的股领涨。好多东西很容易跑赢crude。crude基本就是

RIYADH--The world's top crude-oil exporter, Saudi Arabia, is planning to
pull back from record-high levels of production at the end of the summer
when domestic energy demand subsides, according to people with knowledge of
the matter.
The reduction could begin as soon as September and would amount to about 200
,000 to 300,000 barrels a day, bringing production to about 10.3 million

inventories rose by about 4 million barrels in the week ended Jan. 15.
Estimate: Analysts expected crude stocks to rise by 2.8 million barrels,
according to a poll of eight analysts. but data from the American Petroleum
Institute, a U.S. industry group, showed crude inventories rose by 4.6
million barrels on Wednesday.
