古巴绝对是值得一去的，尤其是要趁美国解除EMBARGO之前去，更能体会到原汁原味
儿的古巴。否则一旦美国人蜂拥而至，怕今后的古巴和任何一个加勒比小岛都没什么区别
了。
1、关于路线：
西岸：MEXICO-CUBA
东北：CANADA-CUBA
东南：BAHAMAS-CUBA
如果不在美国，可以自由地访问CUBA
2、关于证照：
已经拿到美国护照的，自己掂量敢不敢去。否则，
先搞定美国的VISA，任何不合法的都是不该被鼓励的，呵呵。
如果经CANADA，办好多次往返的CANADA VISA；
如果经BAHAMAS，请先向NEWYORK或MIAMI的BAHAMAS领事馆咨询
如果经MEXICO，可以参阅我的经历，不过风险自负。（已经有GC的，没有问题）

在我们学校打五校邀请赛看过, 也去过武理工看他打cuba, 在cuba的队伍中, 当时他算
最牛逼的小前了. 当时还有个太原理
工的王振富?号称最牛的cuba中锋. 华侨大学有个后卫很牛, 忘记叫啥来着,都是当时
cuba比较厉害的角色.
后来王晶他们这一波人走了之后好像理工也慢慢不行了 |

都是行政领导调任的。这一点在曾经的中国三大球是非常明显的，比如说管理足球的蔡
振华，还有排球和篮球的领导也差不多。
这些人基本都在瞎搞，本来三大球的人才也有点青黄不接，再这么一瞎折腾成绩能好。
中国足球已经在亚洲三流呆了好久了，男篮变成亚洲二流，而排球也是不愠不火。和当
年的辉煌时期相差太多。现在三大球，还是篮球进行了率先的改革。
这个改革以姚明当选中国男篮主席作为开端，刚上马的姚主席提了很多意见，据说都被
一一驳回了。看上去是有些积难重返，不过姚明还是顶住了一些压力。把中国男篮国家
队分成了红蓝二队，然后现在又在改革CUBA和CBA之间的联系和通道问题。
这在发现新球员和培养后备人才上面是非常有用的，CUBA如果能够为CBA提供后备通道
，CUBA的观赛人群，包括球员积极性就会曾加。要知道CUBA在中国基本上就是耍猴，没
有人看，没有吸引力，这些人也很少能够进入CBA。现在的CBA也在搞选秀制度，虽说不
是很理想，但是还是有进步的。 |

2009年六月的古巴
一般人去古巴通常会选择十月到四月之间，六月的古巴正好是雨季开始，白天又潮又热
，傍晚通常会下一场雨，到七月还可能会有漩风，所以行动不是那么方便，好处是多雨
的日子里光线都很美，尤其是在傍着远山的特里尼达，热一点儿也值得了。
关于从美国去古巴的不方便之处，很多旅游手册和网站上都介绍过了，我们这一次更是
碰上流感，改机票就折腾了几次。但是总体来说，除了必须从第三方国家转机，以及要
带够足够现金的限制，没有什么特别的困难。古巴签证就是在机场或者旅行社里那里领
一张纸而已，最后出境时收回，如果没有最后剩下的一些古巴比索和外汇券，简直没有
任何证据可以说明我们去过古巴。
走之前读的各种资料上都说古巴物资严重缺乏，要用的东西最好带齐，所以我们收拾东
西特别的小心，后来在商店里看到，的确各种商品又贵又少，很像国内八十年代初的样

Just talked with a Cuban nanny and told her that I was really impressed
about the medical system in Cuba. She told me it used to be good, many many
years ago. She just visited Cuba recently and the situation is actually very
bad now...Don't know the details, maybe someone needs to visit Cuba to know

CimaVax is not FDA approved here yet. It is approved in Cuba where it was
developed. Next it was approved for use in Peru where I went to get it. I
understand it was recently approved in Brazil and should be soon in China
and Germany.
About 4 months ago the US relaxed it's trade policies with Cuba and now,
among a few other things it is possible to import drugs. The lady scientist
who developed this vaccine in the late 90's in Cuba is in the US now doing

除非两者差非常多。不然一对一永远是互有胜负，强者胜的略多而已。
谁想暴谁都不容易。你正经打过1对1就知道了。只要你有几招进攻好使的，
比你强很多的人，10据你很可能可以赢个4局。
当年Jordan和公牛一个不服他的无名小卒一对一，也没能把人暴成渣。
最后就是10局总分小胜。
熊猫打过CUBA,前几天有个尤他大学校队的，还有个武汉打过CUBA的。
而且这三位都很年轻。我不太相信cuba 64强随便什么人就能把他们暴成渣。

机的，没有啥前途的“苗子”才会去读大学打CUBA的，有一点可能能打上CBA的谁会去

军的控卫肯定比他强，如果是CUBA总决赛四强的明星级控卫，我觉得虐吴悠还是没啥问
题的。他在职业球员眼里估计就是一个小丑而已，靠着祖父辈的福荫，媒体的炒作和行
为艺术才让中国的篮球迷知道他而已，真放到专业/职业竞技篮球的标准来评屁都不是。 |

要点
一） CFC发布的诸公告，遗孀3月30日致捐赠者的公开信，以及Andy发给我的电
子邮件等之间，存在着一系列的互相矛盾和漏洞。这一系列的互相矛盾和漏洞不能不令
人怀疑在3月30日前，遗体已经火化或古巴火葬场已经获悉家人火化遗体的决定。然而
，没钱运遗体回来是募捐组织者一再坚持使用的募捐理由。他们直到4月3日还把这个理
由刊登在报纸上。
二） Andy声称，遗孀和他都向全国媒体完全披露了真实信息。媒体决定向观众/
读者披露或不披露哪些信息，他管不了。因此，误导责任在媒体。
三） CFC 3月25日发布公告，停止主动募捐活动。这里面存在两个问题：
1 ）这是募捐组织发布的正式公告，有没有发往全国性媒体？毕竟，全国性、全
球性的募捐活动是媒体宣传后发动的。

前途了，起码这几年。周蜜当年移民去香港以后，李永波就开始发飙了。广西各年龄段
的羽毛球都被国字号刷了下来。致命打击。公认的观点是业余羽毛球水平广西应该在全
国轻松排前3.
广西田径短跑在国内和亚洲都很厉害的，陈文忠原来亚洲飞人的，传说他状态最好的时
候能跑进9秒的。
广西足球也不错的啊，原来不是还甲B什么的差点进了甲A？后来广东宏远还搬去柳州做
主场（有群众基础啊），有木有？
我自己是练篮球的，对广西的篮球知道一点，所以补充一点。篮球广西也很NB的啊。你
们可能都不知道现在全国最有名的广西籍的运动员是那个。。。朱芳雨。。。广东男篮
的，貌似还得过很多CBA的MVP什么的。他是地道的柳州仔啊。原来97，98年的时候在人
民公园的区体专那里练球的。大家都知道广西篮球在全国没有一点名气。当时他们体专
居然能打赢广西男篮。。。很恐怖。。。后来他老爸老妈觉得在广西混没前途，就偷偷
把他送去广东宏远的预备班去了，结果就和后来的易建联什么的成了队友，现在还是中
