Very good price, usually in the $70-79 range on Amazon, and higher elsewhere.
Very well constructed, I own it and the unstated bonus is that you can use
the pasta pot as a gigantic steamer for things like lobsters or something,

warranty and awesome reviews. It's going for $100+ on all other websites (
except for two day sale at Macy's, but I'm boycotting them on principle for
an $8 shipping charge).
Still a full size model. Seems to be a great size for couples or people who
don't usually make some sort of feast. It's my first one, so I figure I
can start smaller for now and deal with bigger models later if necessary -

而且每个菜式有清香普通浓香三档可以选（我估计就是多压
10分钟，少压10分钟的区别）， 如果想自己定时压多少也
可以, 可以选择压从1-60分钟，然后自动保温. 另外还可以

两个人的话可以考虑7杯，可是我们家两个人用9杯只想升级11杯（我们家做饭量一般比
较大一点）
如果知道怎么用食物处理机（--不只孻来切菜绞肉），这东西真的买大一点比较好（加
上cuisinart其实不容易坏，除非你们很习惯用craiglist卖二手货，否则用久了、会用
了，真的会觉得小的不够用）
如果需要小杯套件打坚果or香料，要考虑cuisinart elite系列
除非你找到deal，否则kitchenaid的价钱不会比cuisinart好，所以从口碑来说，就不
用考虑kitchenaid了
（我们自己 捡过kitchenaid的deeal，经验来说他的品质还是比便宜品牌如hamilton
beach好很多，至少很安静、很好洗、塑胶杯不容易磨损） |

发帖数: 7142 | 50 我去查了一下， Cuisinart 用的压力是 10 psi。抵挡是 6 psi。
这个和 InstantPot 的工作压力 70Kpa 是查不多的。
然后我又查了一下，这个 Cuisinart 同样是使用压力控制，
也就是说，压的过程不出蒸汽。这两个锅一样。
那么我能够想像出来的原因就是，你的InstantPot 的压力不够高。
我注意到的是，InstantPot 在压力卡关跳了之后，熄火很场一段
时间才开始保压，也就是说保压的压力低于压力开关一段，大概
多少不好说。因为我也不知道那个压力开关是校准在什么压力下的。
有可能你的锅的压力开关需要校准。也有可能 InstantPot 设计
压力就是比 Cuisinart 要低。那个压力开关的校准有个螺丝，
打开后盖能看到，是用白色橡胶封住的。我自己可能会去调那个，
但是我不建议你自己调。（最坏情况下压的过程会顶起那个压力
释放阀，但是如果调过高而且那个压力释放阀被堵的话会有危险）。 |
