1）适合初级选手（比如全马5小时跑完）的跑鞋基本cushion厚，鞋的总重量大。
2）适合高级选手（比如全马3小时跑完）的跑鞋基本cushion薄，鞋的总重量小。
3）高级选手身体素质好（肌肉发达、跑姿合理、耐力好等等），不需要cushion的缓冲
；相反，初级选手需要鞋的保护。
4）鞋和距离的关系，这个先要考虑选手的实力（如上所说）。如果不看选手实力（比
如拿初中级选手讲），短距离应该是cushion薄，重量轻；长距离应该是cushion厚，重
量大。
我自己算初级runner，现在有一双Asics GT-2000（cushion厚，target全马5小时），
一双Adidas Adizero（cushion适中，target全马4小时）。GT-2000基本不用来训练了
，准备将来中短距离trail用用或平时出门穿。Adizero是平时训练（3km-35km）跑鞋。
准备再入一双cushion薄的跑鞋，平时tempo和interval训练时用。 |

我穿这鞋跑了快300mile了，不可能退了。现在的办法就是穿了2双袜子，右脚每次故意
用脚外侧着地，也不是很影响。
我个人感觉好像是这个鞋的cushion太软，右脚前脚掌重，把cushion 压下去了，然后
大脚趾隔哪里（大脚趾那儿的 cushion还在那，没压下去），造成大脚趾被反压了（
大脚趾前端往上翘），所以大脚趾关节痛。
我其实也不知道是要买 cushion多点好还是少点好。理论上又想要cushion,但不要
cushion太软。这本来就很矛盾。 |

理论上他的方法是无敌的，就好象我们炒股票赌概率，在极端情况下市场是不
efficient的，所以我们可以take advantage over it。又因为其实股票指数是分形的
，理论上我们把他分解成很细的slot，就可以得到很多不efficient的时刻，就可以最
大程度的得到利润，High Frequency Trading就是这么来的。
理论上如果传球到边线的时间=0，那个防守方是没办法防住的，因为CB总要给3-5个
yard的cushion. Kelly的核心就是利用这个Cushion，而利用这个cushion最好的方法跟
High Frequency Trading一样，加快比赛速度，这样对方防守会疲惫。
同时利用事先announce play，对方overreact造成的misdirection，加大这个cushion
的存在，所以理论上他每次进攻都会TD.
但是人在执行的时候传球速度不等于0，而且可能传的不准，还可以防守方偶尔会赌博
猜出play，所以kelly对execution的要求很高。

后来一直用cushion, 直到学IR时候需要放膝板, 而不得不舍弃了cushion.
我一般把座位调最高, 放cushion. 然后在根据yoke的极限位置把座位重新调低.
这样视线不会被挡, yoke也可以全范围运动. |

cushioning. I need at least cushioning at soles or even underneath the
front feet. Not sure if this is a good idea. I think sometimes too
much cushioning just makes running more tiring and slows you down. My
understanding is that with more cushioning, when you hit the ground, the
cushion compresses and then bounces back. The whole process takes time
and neutralizes some of your forces.

are used evenly. so sagging you experience is more likely to be caused by

经过几天的适用，已经做到了toddler proof了。
里面非常大，女儿下午已经开始在里面谁午觉了 :)
Safety Points:
× 所有的木头都用砂纸打磨光。最上面的一圈木头花费了更多时间磨光
× 所有的立柱全部加上了cushion。几根全部用人造革包起来。剩下的
也全部贴钉上了cushion条，
× 所有贴的cushion条都用木螺丝拧在木头上，防止宝宝撕下来
× 护栏里面全部安装透明有机玻璃，光滑的表面防止宝宝攀爬
× 两根基柱也全部上了cushion，然后用红色的人造革包装起来

体重比较大，为了减肥，7周以前开始跑步，慢慢的发现还挺喜欢跑步的，由于最近膝
盖不太舒服，在跑版上看了看，发现我之前的鞋子实在是太烂了，所以打算选个合适自
己的鞋。
现在每天一个小时跑5.8miles，一周有2-3天给膝盖休息，从事其他运动，比如羽毛球
，壁球，游泳，椭圆机等。但是保持每周25-30miles，哦，都是在跑步机上跑，没有跑
过硬地。
去了local的鞋店，店员看了我跑步的姿势，说我需要support的鞋，而且需要wide的。
试了下面的几个。
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11：感觉后面的cushion很足，前面的一般，店员说前面的
cushion多了也不好，总体来看很舒服，候选。
Asics GT 2160：这个前面的cushion比较多，后跟处反而比较硬，和GTS相反，不过也
算舒服。
Asics Gel Kayano 17：这个店里没有wide了，就试了一个普通的，感觉后面的cushion
明显比2160加强了，但是没有wide的，不知道穿上什么样，这个一定比2160好么？

前掌基本还是完全没有任何cushion, 俺害怕会像上次比赛一样，
腿抽得厉害， 想想还是保守一点， 换个cushion稍多一点的比赛。。
下午去road runner sports逛， 话说我们这个是总店， 隔壁还
有个他的打折销售点， 很多别人试过1次， 基本全新的鞋打折卖，
俺淘了4双俺的码子的：Kinvara/DS racer 8/Speedstar 5/Mana 5
试了试， 最后还是挑了DS racer 8和Speedstar 5， 俺似乎还是更
适应ASICS的鞋一些， DS racer 8算轻微的stability racer, cushion
明显比HS4 多不少， 新一代的Speedstar造型也很酷， 穿起来也非常
舒服， 两双鞋100刀， 感觉还不错， 跑跑再决定穿那个上场。。
然后去他们总店里试了试其他的鞋， 他们的跑鞋真的是好全， 很多
别的地方没有的racing flats/Newton/VFF都很全。。

推荐试试altra instinct。昨天试了试，比hatorri底多了很多cushion。
底的cushion 从小到大（都是平底）， altra adam《VFF KSO《VFF seeya《VFF
bikila《hatorri《altra instinct。
变叔，如果你在mashall看到altra instinct sale的话，小于40刀，不妨买一双试试，
比hatorri还cushion多，而且也结实不少。偶是55刀+tax买的，觉得有点小贵了。下午
，LD要去mashalls看看，偶就跟着一起去看看。回来给大家报告。。

拿到了新鞋忍不住往外跑一圈试试鞋。雨不下了，申请了一个小时防风时间，急不可待
的穿上inov-8，一双薄袜子，跑去了。
开跑，由于鞋带太紧，脚跟有点和鞋子摩擦。停下重新放松鞋带。0.2迈，还是有点脚
后跟紧。0.5迈后，鞋带自己松紧调整好了，没事了，原来这鞋带也有个磨合期自适应
的过程。1迈后，一定要留这鞋子了，和偶喜欢受虐的脚丫子是一对。之后的跑，比平
时快了些，2.66的距离好像快了1.2分和2分的样子。
鞋子的第一感觉，
像这个，不过可乐瓶子是3个叠加在一起，压紧到没有空气。6mm前脚的鞋底啊。4mm的
heel drop，10mm的后跟。鞋底没有一点弹性，有保护作用，但是没有cushion，没有
support，没有弹性，啥也没有就是一个硬朔料片。但是和你的脚底通过一堆线密密麻
麻的贴在一起。就算偶开始脚后跟有点紧，要是走路早就出水泡了，但是因为是跑步，
后跟没啥用，感觉就是紧而不是摩擦。
脚底前掌很flexible，heel那片很不flexible。中间脚弓凸起很浅。由于是超薄没有啥

第一个月，随便找了双鞋跑。没啥感觉。但是看到贵版的神人们提及跑鞋，都是如数家
珍。心里痒痒，就开始了买跑鞋的经历。
我买的第一双也是最贵的一双，就是在跑鞋店，里面所谓的专业人士推荐了saucony的
omni 10,100刀。店员说我比较重（当时180斤吧），要support好的鞋。我跑下来最不
舒服的就是这鞋了。膝
盖还不舒服。一共也就跑过5次吧。

劲砸水泥地，慢慢得跑，轻盈得跑，不然就会痛死，哈哈。cushion多的鞋容忍度大，

我觉得cushion cut 最好是到店里去看，数据有偏颇。有些cushion cut 比较square,
有些却接近rectangular，你没有上过手很难知道喜欢不喜欢。另外一般来说，cushion
cut is less brilliant, because it has less facets. |

上就是煲那个cushion，它的松紧影响音质，不知道为啥。偶会选HD600，15刀的区别而
已，不要老是想在580和600差别那点5%到底是啥了。同时换上HD650的耳机线，你就all
set了。

其实stock + short straddle= stock+covered call+naked put
本质上就是给自己下跌最多的cushion，付出的代价是利润封顶。 我卖105/110是相对
保守的，我也是害怕bidu给个bad surprise. 如果卖100/115,可能的利润会更大，但
cushion就会小很多。用itm也可以，会让cushion增加，但可能的利润会减小。 而且用
itm会比较复杂，不如otm直接明了，呵呵。 所以我还是建议用otm。
中钙的option都比较贵，这么搞相对合适。当然你要对股票有信心，做好naked put被

我说的也是，跌到98以下，才会比没有这个操作更惨（相对只有股票继续亏的情况).
breakeven价格是bidu跌到103左右。我觉的挺划算的。
这么搞首先是要对股票有信心，跌过10%，可以有信心hold等出水，没信心的股票我也
不敢这么玩。至于大涨少赚，这个没办法，这个是cushion的代价，我也希望既有
cushion,同时盈利不封顶
另外我也自问，如果没有这个option操作，bidu涨过5%我很可能就握不住了，所以我也
不觉的自己真可以握到涨很高，设个profit cap,同时有cushion。
