包，让大家第一感觉就不好。但是该护士的感觉上的不负责任，并不代表他就该承担损
失。在我看来，这个小护士1分钱的损失都不该承担。
从画面看，客观上来说，就是fedex的新箱子打包，也未必能好到哪去。有人会说
，如果箱子好，可以放入很多填充材料。这么说的人肯定是外行，我们打包ipad的时候
最佳情况是是每个ipad包一层cushion wrap，箱子内层再封一层cushion wrap，这样既
放得多，又正好充满盒子，这样在运输过程中被压坏的可能性最小。（大牛们肯定都知
道为啥）。
象苦主的这两个ipad，我实在无法想象是怎么样的外力和情况。当然，如果这个小护士
用了20*20*20的大箱子装这两个ipad，然后ipad周围全部堆满peanuts，而且要压实，
才有可能在这种无法想象的外力情况下保证外面盒子完全变形，但是ipad完好无损。可
是这可能么？有哪个神医会要求小护士这么打包寄ipad？
换句话说，这次事故完全是不可抗拒力，换个其它的认真的护士，也一样会倒霉的。建

games that I know.
Basically there are 3 big categories:
Carom billiards tables are used for such games as three-cushion billiards,
straight rail, balkline, artistic billiards and cushion caroms.
Pocket billiards tables, are specific to the various pool games such as
eight-ball, nine-ball, straight pool and one-pocket. If you are serious, you
should buy a 9 foot table. If you do not have room, cosider a 8 foot table.

。有黑的，白的，象塑料膜的，还有一些象薄的cushion的，还有种上面带小点的，贵
一点，据说能减噪音，可是用手一碰，上面的点点就能脱落不少。
记得版上有推荐买felt paper的，薄薄一层纸，好处在哪里？感觉就像绘图纸，铺上地
板后会不会有响声？另外，这个纸还分15和30的。
请问，该买纸状的，塑料膜状的，还是cushion状的？这个太复杂了，晕~~~~~~
求高人解答，推荐一种。
还要附加一问，关于T-moulding,到底是木头的好呢，还是金属的好？以前觉得装了木
头T-moulding的地方高度会突出一点，踩上去不平，貌似不如图片里看到的金属
transition的平整，于是有点倾向于后者。现在发现金属的比木头的便宜很多啊，所以
又开始担心它不好，因为没见过实际效果，不知道金属线的那种会不会显得cheap呢？

they are braided so much tougher, however cotton ones don't offer cushion as
good as woolen ones
for kid's room, you can put another layer of man-made fiber one beneath to
get better cushion. for living room try to get hand-knotted thick and heavy
woolen ones instead

跑鞋界的不是nike ad的天下，四大品牌是acsic，（好像拼错了），new balance，
brooks，
scony也拼错了，如果一定要说第五，也许是美津浓，不知道英文怎么拼。
名鞋，
acsis有一个火焰系列，基本上每年一双，是旗舰，这个牌子的最贵的就是它了，总体
偏cushion，
nb 是以数字排系列的，总体规律是数字越大越好，9XX是总统跑鞋，不符合这个规律。
其它2个牌子国内少，当时没研究，现在有了鞋了，我也不细究了。
量体裁衣
和衣服一样，最好的永远是适合自己的。
湿脚测试。
这个是业界比较权威的测试方法，就像我们以前测平足一样。把脚搞湿，然后踩在干毛
巾上，
1如果弧度很大，脚弓高
2 一般， 正常
很小， 低，平足
3世界上70&是正常的，21%是平足，9%是高足弓。我是9%里面的。

看精华区有说 asics Gel Rocket 好，依样买了一双 Gel Rocket III (女鞋），很不

非常轻，比我买过的HiQua的轻很多，而且结识，前脚掌有cushion减震（要是脚后跟也
有就更好了），grip非常好，鞋底也不算厚。虽说是排球鞋，产品介绍里说是multi-
court, 我觉得打羽毛球穿很合适。我脚踝受过伤，也没觉得ankle support不够。大概
是因为前面有cushion,穿起来感觉比其它同号的运动鞋至少要小半号。amazon上经常有
打折，加运费有时也就40多。
我看到过别的论坛上有人评价Yonex的羽球鞋贵且寿命很短，我没穿过所以不好比较。
不过有一点可以相信的是，Mizuno, Asics这样传统生产运动鞋的厂家做鞋比Yonex的要

对于这个SC5 说两句。这鞋不错，很多人推荐，因为防震，对膝盖很好，
甚至有人对我说穿过这个鞋以后膝盖就没痛过。我立即买了一双。但是，
可惜很多事都有一个但是，这个鞋防震的原因是鞋垫加厚（超过30%），
踝关节很难控制（想象一下穿高跟鞋打球），横向运动很容易扭伤。我
买来后穿过两次，两次都严重扭伤。其中一次还是在重要比赛
（National Senior 半决赛）的第三局，17：17的时候。现在决定不穿它了。

正赶上Dillards sale, 买了一双sketcher, $30, 原价也得70? 刚一上来也舍不得买贵

跑了两天后发现, 跑了一迈多开始脚疼, 左边前脚掌, 中间靠大脚拇指的那个指头开始
, 然后一直连到小腿肚子疼. 和单位一个老跑的同事聊, 他说我的鞋是不是紧了. 我说
不能啊, 我还专门买大了半码. 他叫我把鞋带放的很松, 就最上一格记紧. 还是会疼,
很是沮丧
一天去TJ逛, 看到了merrell barefoot, 当时觉得样子还满好看的, 试了试, 很轻, 鞋
底没有cushion, 跑了两步觉得很跟脚, $60, 就买了. 回来查了下, 原价还很贵的, 有
点捡了青菜的感觉, 嘿嘿, 图在下面
晚上出去一跑, 果然爽, 很轻快, 不打脚, 脚掌也不疼了, 更觉得物有所值, 跑另一家
TJ又买了一双, 公主明鉴, 本人超强屯货体质
这barefoot好是好, 也有点问题, 天冷了怕就不好穿了. 我怕冷. 还有它的鞋底有几个
