我自己喝cytomax,我不是cytomax的推销员,不过它还真的不染色。
这些饮料的配方都7788很多,反正我没有特别长时间的训练不喝它了,不然有点点不舒
服,不知道为什么。
运动过程中失水过多,如果再补充高浓度的饮料反而有继续脱水的嫌疑,在自己身体血
糖够用的前提下,我运动过程中不喝这些。
结束运动后,要赶紧补充糖分,这时候倒是应该多喝一些饮料,再继续补水,帮助身体

总计从4月底开始,一共按照AM第一版的70MPW计划训练了24周,中间反反复复有得有失
,值得写个总结,分析得失,顺便也为3周以后的Fresno鼓鼓劲。
从训练计划,执行,饮食,伤病防治,比赛本身,训练后的恢复各方面都有体会,下面
一一分篇讲讲。
训练计划
训练计划是成功的第一步,挑选一个适合自己的计划并且好好贯彻始终是非常重要的。
去年我采用了AM的55MPW计划,感觉对自己的帮助相当大,水平提高了一大块,今年肯定
还是用它。去年的问题有以下几个,今年要达到目标就必须解决。
1. 速度耐力。LT和VO2Max对我来说一贯是最大的问题,先天不足后天弥补是需要很大努
力的。tempo一直比需要的速度差了好几秒,导致我比赛时一定要用离LT非常近的速度去
跑,比别人容易crash是自然了。Interval跟不上,LT自然也难提高。
2. 后10K的问题。通常最后10K我的速度会掉很多,身体会非常痛苦。很大一部分由1引
起,但是和long run不够,质量不够也有很大关系。

I found a layer of sticky residue on my running bottle
after I used it for a while. I figure if it would create a
residue on my bottle, it would stay on my stomach as well.
So I quit drinking it. Now I rarely need to clean my
running bottle since it's just pure natural H2O. |

还有一些 amino acids (for long matches) 糖分也不高。 超市该有卖, 这里$16 $17
刀一罐。 你还可以准备些 granola bar. 我个人喜欢有almonds 的。 很多是带花生的
, 花生energy 会peak, almond energy level 是个 plateau.
老刀之前说的那个也不错, 看上去比cytomax还好。 不过要32刀一罐。。。 |

阿诺拉了三十多个人上Mt Baldy,因为主要是阿诺,Kerwin和我带队,没有特意负重,
背包在30lb以内。advent pro要退,背的还是Z55。
队伍自然分成三队,需要两头跑,岔路口等人。。。一天下来运动量也不小。最后三十
人全部登顶,包括头一次出来爬山的妹妹。阿诺这小子炼成神功,轻松背了35Kg大包上
山,汗都没怎么出。
主要试了几个新东西
1. MT HDWR Canyon Shirt and Pants,透气防晒都不错
2. Nike Patella Band,下山时很有用,省膝盖
3. Cytomax Drink Mix,初步感觉运动时比Gatorade有效很多,登山时没感觉到疲劳;
恢复很快,下来两天腿没有以往的隐约酸痛感。成分里Potassium, Sodium ...
Calories含量比Gatorade高很多,还有Gatorade没有的Magnesium,Vitamin等等。
据说可以
* 快速提供能量,增加10%的energy output
* 减少肌肉损伤,提供电解质
* 减轻20%疲劳感,减少40%乳酸形成,减少11%氧气 |

比赛报名截止那天有人问我有没有兴趣去一次,不行报名当志愿者也可以。我想了想,
最近的身体状况跑个半程马拉松问题不大,就报名了。
周日的凌晨觉得特别后悔,听见窗外大雨哗哗的,连着一个月都这样了。。。。 到旧
金山开车来回就2个小时,还得淋成落汤鸡,不生病才怪。
好在老天还挺开眼,,等我起来的时候,已经云收雨住了。我穿了长袖的T恤,外面套
上长袖运动服,准备就这么跑。保暖瓶里带了热的CytoMax,带上换穿的衣服和擦身的
大毛巾出发了。
旧金山一点不熟,起点又是在Golden gate park里面,连个门牌都没有。结果我在起点
,终点再起点兜了半天才找到了人群。
小小热身一下,比赛就要开始了。这次我的目标是2小时以内,不然太丢人了。
随着发令铃声,我们上路了。现在身体还在恢复阶段,步子挺沉,才跑没多远就觉得腿
很酸。状态差的时候需要点东西来支持一下信念,我的通常手段就是倒数,从还有13迈
开始一直数到0。这招对我很管用,就像在驴子眼前吊一个大胡萝卜,再赶点路咱就吃
萝卜啰~~~~~~~
赛段比较好,起伏不多,持续上坡一段时间之后通常就带一段下坡缓解一下 |

很美老师推荐的Endurolytes胶囊很不错。
现在我觉得训练的中间不应该用糖分补充。easy run和mudium long以下的很短,没有补
充也可以完成。long run的目的是要提高跑步的economy,所以补充糖分以后就降低了这
个效果。我现在都是完成之后赶紧喝一点运动饮料,我用的是cytomax。
补充电解质倒是必须的,电解质没了肌肉容易疲劳,锻炼的时候发挥不出大功率。

Pace group很少,比较靠近我的只有1:30或者1:45,我挑了1:45的。
出发以后人很挤,跑不太开,但是仍然感觉到了人群的疯狂,一个个都不要命似的往前
冲。我跟着到1M的地方看表才7分04,彻底晕倒。
后面不停要求自己放慢放慢再放慢,不过被人群给鼓舞了,效果不是特别好。后来想想
应该坚持下来不会太吃力,就算了。途中跟人搭讪无数次,想找一个1小时38分不到点
的人做pacer,始终失败。有个搞笑的老头号称1小时40分目标,我看他跑得比1:35还
猛。还听到一男一女聊天,女的说自己经常当pacer赚钱,我以为找到救星了,结果人
家说准备跑7分10的pace。
我带了6个endurolytes,放在一个小塑料袋里,分三次吃下,吃药过程很繁琐很花时间
,特别第一次还专门停了有约摸20秒钟才搞定,接下来2个月这个要当重要课题攻关,
不能让吃药耽误了自己。有的水站的cytomax里居然放冰,边喝水边吐冰。
跑到最后2迈的时候有点累,看看目标没问题,就不是很努力,慢了一些,最后还给一
个PPMM超了。这期间有个小伙子屡次跟我较劲 |

也许是心理作用:)

butter or a bagel w/o cream cheese. Now I prefer an energy bar with water or
Cytomax (or some other sports drink). I also prefer a little coffee to wake
up my system. The rule is eat light, keep hydrated, and don't experiment
with new things on the race day. |

Got up before 5am and didn't wait for the alarm sound..You can tell how
anxious I was. Washed, changed, grabbed my gear bag, and left my house at
5am. Ate one peanut bar and a bag of GU chomps with a bottle of Cytomax
while driving towards the ½ marathon finish line at Los Gatos High to
meet julian.
I got to the destination 15min before the scheduled meet time 6am. Called
julian and was told he would be a couple of minutes late. It was still dark |

less before a run. An energy bar or a bag of GU chomp an hour before would
be sufficient for me. However, re-fueling and hydration during the run with
Cytomax and GU gel is very helpful for me to survive a long run and to recover as well. |

Cytomax and GU or Hammer gel work great for me.
Salt tablets are also a great help for fighting knee and
ankle pain, and for fast recovery as well.

SFM透支之后,我就全用9分多接近10分的pace跑,连pace run都是9分20。另外左腿的
hamstring有点拉伤,最近几天发现好了。
Recovery run很长一段时间是8分30以上的,因为前两个礼拜不太正常,所以其它训练
都跑得慢,偶尔recovery的跑个8分什么的看看感觉如何。
ML run是早上起来喝口水开始跑,有点模仿后半程糖原耗尽身体脱水的状况。我感觉这
些经验是很宝贵的,每次ML run都要认真对待,每次跑得更好一些身体就会更适应一些
比赛的状况。
Long run还是会尽量早起一点点,吃一点东西才跑,中间也会有些水和cytomax补充。
一旦觉得不好,我第一个会找个地方大肉米饭吃个饱,然后该躺的多躺躺。最近我的社
交活动非常少,除了训练,业余时间差不多have no life,也是我恢复比别人快得多的
原因之一。 |

用饮料非常少,long run会带一瓶cytomax做补充。long run之前稍微吃一点点易消化的
碳水,一个小时以后跑。

breakfast of 1.5 bagels and a can of congee, my wife drove me to downtown
where the shuttle stop is. There was very little traffic around 5 even if
this is a big race. I arrived at the start line around 5:30.
The weather was perfect, low 50's with a layer of thin clouds. I was hoping

远的,就让我矫情一次吧。
前面的报告都没有写时间,因为不会查。这个Garmin的Training Center真的很不好使
。我跑了28小时,它的图形只能显示22小时。晚上琢磨了很久,总算知道它显示的是后
面的22小时。对照地图和跑步速度,现在大致知道如何还原时间了。
告别Molly,我很快到了停车场外面。时间是下午2点28分。在马路旁我又看到了那位穿
着红衬衫的老人。我2小时前第一次见他就觉得奇怪,他象志愿者但是又不给我们拍照
。我问他在等谁。他说在等儿子,儿子和我们一样,在跑100迈比赛。老人家就这么
拿着相机在大太阳底下站着,额头上都是汗,但是一直笑眯眯的。他一定为儿子自豪,
也一定有些担心,可怜天下父母心!我问老人家他儿子在我后面多久,他说10分钟左右
。我夸了一句他有一个great son就在大妈们的鼓掌声中进了补给站。
这一站我停留了约7分钟。吃饱喝足添水加冰,换了备用的鞋袜,重抹了凡士林和防晒
霜。大妈们特意告诉我,已经帮我打通了电话。前面就是No Hands Bridge (42.83m),
