是大出血）很正常，一般是母亲的diet引起的。diet引起的血丝未必是你这两天吃了什
么，而是有cumulative effect, 比如我家的有cow protein allergy, 出生的头两个星
期都没事，从第4个星期才爆发出来。而你喝的cow protein, 需要6个星期才能完全从
你的系统中清理出来，所以即使你完全停止吃dairy，宝宝6个星期内还会有一点点便血
。我自从完全不吃dairy以后，就看不到便血了，大便颜色也从绿色变回黄色，但是大
便测试还有血液的存在，不过很少。
我觉得你的情况最大的可能是食物敏感，尝试一下elimination diet。 |

样改进自己的饮食习惯。 非常难得。 不过我提几点建议：
1. 奶不要再单独喂给孩子吃了，主要是为了牙齿的健康， 一岁以上的孩子喝奶要和
Meal或者Snack一起吃。
2. 午饭那顿和喝奶那个称为Snack吧相隔比较近，Snack可以拖后一点。
我的博客里面写了一岁以上孩子的饮食健康一题。 MM可做参考。
举个例子来说，我家孩子一日三餐和大人同时吃， 每餐都配有牛奶和水果， 午餐和晚
餐都有蔬菜， 早饭一般是牛奶加Cereal（婴儿的那种，主要是含有充足的铁，补铁）
，下午和睡觉前的Snack都是Dairy（或者Dairy Product比如酸奶， Cheese）加水果。MM的宝宝好像水果不是很多（种类和数量）
4。 两岁以前的孩子不提倡吃低脂或者脱脂的奶制品， 不因为你的孩子体重儿改变，
主要是孩子的大脑发育需要大量的脂肪。如果孩子的体重过度（你家宝宝可能不是这种
情况）， 靠整体改善进食行为，（你家宝宝的饮食习惯总体是很健康的，不应该有这
个担心）。

钙的推荐量，所以本文相应做了修订。
一岁以后的小儿生长速度减慢，食欲会比一岁之前降低，这个要注意。进食行为发育特
点有：
1. 用杯子喝水，12个月到15个月应该逐渐Wean Bottle，15个月的小儿可以Manage使
用杯子， 但是可能会有Spill,18个月到24个月的孩子应该很好掌握杯子了。所以两岁
的小儿应该不再使用Bottle， 而完全改用杯子了。
2. Self Feeding发展。 六个月至一岁半的小儿，应该能够逐渐掌握自己用手把食品
放入嘴里的技能， 能用嘴把食品从勺子里吃到嘴里。8-12个月的孩子，可以自己试着
吃FingerFood。16到17个月，由于腕部旋转功能的发育，小儿能够将食物从碗里舀到嘴
里。
3. 两岁的小孩，能够吃成人Texture的食品（除了Choking Hazzard 的）。
4. 给孩子玩食物（play With Food）的机会， 让孩子在吃饭的时候， 触摸，闻，
允许把食品吐出来，这样有助于孩子接受新的食品。 不要只是简单喂孩子，从孩子开

赞成第一条，不赞成对瘦宝宝的第二条。dairy不光是补钙的，还是fat和蛋白质的重要
来源，还有vitamin D。小孩子以肉作为全部蛋白质来源不太可取，因为肉不是非常容
易消化。一般两岁的guideline是一天吃2oz肉，两杯奶，12-24个月的宝宝处于
transition阶段，可能会略有差别。如果喝奶不到两杯的话，需要补VD。 |

发帖数: 163 | 22 mm不要慌张，我家宝宝出生5天就这样了。除非有大量鲜血出现在poopoo里需要去ER外
，你可以等到周一再去看医生。如果是肛门出血就比较容易处理，如果是肠胃敏感，我
有以下几个建议：
1。不用太担心。当初我刚出院就每天带她看医生，觉得天都塌了。后来找了我们现在
的GI specialist，发现没有想的那么严重。你要是在湾区，我可以推荐给你，非常好
的医生。她说小宝宝肠胃发育不全，偶尔出血还挺正常的。我之前控制饮食非常严格，
不吃dairy，soy，nuts，seafood，egg，wheat还是吃的，北方人没办法。就这样，宝
宝便便里偶尔还是有血丝，医生说如果是一个月一两次没关系，而且也杜绝不了。从她
5个月开始，就再没有便血了，不过我还是没有吃这些东西。
2。尽量看pediatric GI specialist。我们的pediatrician把我们吓得不成样子，而且
处理的也不是很得当。其实这个还是很常见的。我的GI specialist说很多妈妈什么也
不做，孩子时不时拉血，也不影响成长。当然也有宝宝体重完全跟不上的例子，这种情
况下找个好医生很重要，我觉得还是专科医生靠谱。

farm bill.
Members voted down the $940 billion bill in a 195-234 vote that only won 24
Democratic votes. Most Democrats voted against the bill because it cut food
stamp programs by more than $20 billion.
Many Republicans also voted no, but for a different reason. They said it was
too expensive a bill to pass when the country has $17 trillion in debt.
