没有如愿离开。我不知道发生了什么，我在楼下听儿子说照片是他拿的 （他怕他们伤

公布了一个编号为BNF156号的文件，涉及转基因抗虫水稻华恢1号【1】。1月20日，这
个文件在国内被有些人说成“转基因抗虫水稻华恢1号获得美国FDA的商业化许可”，还
被认定：FDA的批准证明了我国的转基因技术和产品质量经得起如美国这样处于领先地
位的国际同行的检验，成功获得美国的商业化许可能倒逼国内政府部门推动转基因主粮
产业化。
那么，下面我们请旅美华人直言了先生来谈谈FDA的这个文件到底意味着什么，应

根据《路透社》的报导，德勤接二连三的辞去担任中企审计师的动作，已在香港股市造
成震撼，担心将引爆海外上市中企的更大弊端，特别是前不久在美上市的中企才爆发一
连串的会计丑闻，不仅吓坏审计师，也使投资人开始谨慎考虑投资中企的潜在风险。
第一上海证券（First Shanghai Securities）策略师叶尚志（Linus Yip）指出，未来
审计师在监管人员的要求下，将采取更为审慎的态度，审核企业的营收资料。监管机关
应更加关注等待上市公司的质量问题，因为此等事件已影响投资者的意愿。
在香港上市的大庆乳业，2011年股价暴跌45％，今年虽有起色，但在上周停牌前的3个
交易日，股价下跌17％。至于博士蛙，停牌前股价下跌42%。
专家认为类似的情境可能会再度浮出水面，特别是去年在美上市中企的会计丑闻，突显
