更悲剧的是一早起来嘴角起泡了。研究了下，跟吃素有关，缺乏维生素B的缘故。

1929年大萧条重创美国农业，具体到奶牛养殖，大萧条头5年，全美最大的产奶州威斯康星州牛奶零售价由4.79美元降到3.48美元，奶农在零售价中收益占比由46%降到30.5%；纽约州情况也类似
和其他繁荣的行业所不同，在1929年大萧条开始之前，美国农业就已经经历了长达10年的由农产品过剩等原因导致的衰退。而1929年开始的大萧条进一步 重创了美国农业，从1929年到1932年，农产品出售价格下降了近50%，农民需要购买的日常消费品价格却只下降了32%左右。

成人乳糖酶缺乏现象在东亚和东南亚高达85-100%，而北欧不到10% 。就中国而言，成
年人中汉族92.3%、蒙古族87.9%、哈萨克族76.4%缺乏乳糖酶 。东亚挤奶活动的出现与
羊、牛、马的东传大体同步。哈萨克、蒙古、汉族中成年人体内产生乳糖酶的比例依次
降低，表明其与印欧人的亲缘关系或接触与交流程度相应减少。东亚游牧民大都缺乏乳
糖酶，对农业的依赖较为迫切。另一方面东亚农民并不喜欢畜奶和奶制品，容易鄙视或

别拍脑袋想当然了， 美国人几乎不吃玉米， 美国玉米的年消耗量的９０％以上都是
饲料，工业和出口。 用于食物的不会超过１０％， 而且无法断定是转基因还是非转
基因，但从理论上判断，基本都是非转基因。 因为美国每年转基因和非转基因的种植
面积和产量差不多half half. 而转基因玉米用于出口，饲料和工业都不够。因为现在
油价上涨，工业用玉米需求很大。 |

扫描仪和气体背包阻挡它们排放温室气体。
综合媒体4月10日报道，奥巴马政府上月启动一项“未来之牛”的计划，限制牛的甲烷
排放，为相关技术提供了商机，包括牛饲料、肠道脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）检测和捆绑式
气筒。白宫表示，甲烷在美国排放的温室气体中只占9%，不过甲烷的温室效应是二氧化
碳的20倍以上。
所谓未来之牛，是指能通过抗甲烷药片、打嗝扫描仪以及排放气体背包等手段减少其温
室气体排放的下一代家畜。
伊利诺伊州美国乳制品创新中心(Innovation Center for US Dairy)“未来之牛”项目
