Las Vegas-area home sales fell last month to the lowest level for a November
in five years, the result of a constrained supply of homes for sale, waning

8月份总共卖出房屋7518套,比7月份的8771套低了14.3%,比08年8月份高了4%,比8月
份的平均销售量低了24%。按照DataQuick的数据,历史上8月份销售最低出现在1992年
,6688套(很好的number啊),最高时2004年的13940套。
银行屋的销售比7月份低了15.2%。低inventory从而导致便宜房子少被认为是销售大量
下滑的主要原因。
8月份比7月份下跌了14.3%,同平均的应该增长3.4%比较起来,这是不正常的。不过历
史上包括近两年还有几次销售下滑,其中1992年跌了15.2%,1998年跌了14.8%。
中间价也下跌了8.9%到360,000,7月份是395,000。比08年的8月份的447,000下跌了19.

Home prices in Sacramento have dropped so much that more and more
people can't resist the bargains.
Researcher DataQuick reported Tuesday that the number of single-family
homes sold in Sacramento County jumped 12.5 percent in July from the same
month a year ago.

During fourth-quarter 2012 lenders recorded a total of 38,212 Notices of
Default (NoDs) on California houses and condos. That was down 22.1 percent
from 49,026 during the prior three months, and down 37.9 percent from 61,517
in fourth-quarter 2011.
Last quarter's number was the lowest since 37,994 NoDs were recorded in
fourth-quarter 2006. New foreclosure filings (NoDs) peaked in first-quarter
2009 at 135,431.

的最新报告显示,今年6月湾区楼市房屋在售总数为2006年以来同期最高值,且房屋中
价也接近2007年的峰值达到66万美元,比去年同期增加6.8%。
CoreLogic的报告称,今年6月湾区共售出9386套房屋,比5月增加13.9%,和去年同期相

告显示,今年7月湾区楼市房屋成交量达10年来同期最高值,共9245栋房屋成交。这是
除2005年7月以来同期(7月)交易量最高的一次(2005年7月湾区共有1万2538栋房屋出
售),也是自2006年8月以来成交量最高的一个月(2006年8月成交量达9713)。
CoreLogic分析师安得·勒帕热(Andrew LePage)对此表示,春夏是购房旺季,今
年7月成交量比过去25年同期平均成交量稍低一点,因此尚可算正常。
CoreLogic的报告称,7月湾区房屋中价达66万1000美元,6月份湾区房屋中价为66
万美元,上涨0.2%。夏季房屋销售通常呈递减趋势,不过今年7月的成交量只比6月减少
0.2%(6月房屋成交量达9265)。在东湾,7月康曲柯士达县(Contra Costa County)

 加州顧問公司矽谷銀行(Silicon Valley Bank)表示,位於納帕谷多達10家酒
莊和葡萄園將在今年和明年以廉價頂讓或法拍的方式易手,即使在2008年爆發金融危機
時也沒發生這種狀況;7%受訪的葡萄酒商財務狀況「非常脆弱」或處於「加護病房」
的程度。
 矽谷銀行形容這波酒業蕭條,是其250個酒商客戶在過去20年來所遇過最嚴重的
一次。
 加州酒業諮詢與融資機構國際紅酒協會(International Wine Associates)表
示,頂級紅酒需求持續下滑,由400家酒商擁有的納帕谷土地價格較2007年高峰期下跌
15%。當資產縮水甚至變成負資產後,讓業者更難以用作抵押貸款再融資。

8月份总共卖出房屋7518套,比7月份的8771套低了14.3%,比08年8月份高了4%,比8月
份的平均销售量低了24%。按照DataQuick的数据,历史上8月份销售最低出现在1992年
,6688套(很好的number啊),最高时2004年的13940套。
银行屋的销售比7月份低了15.2%。低inventory从而导致便宜房子少被认为是销售大量
下滑的主要原因。
8月份比7月份下跌了14.3%,同平均的应该增长3.4%比较起来,这是不正常的。不过历
史上包括近两年还有几次销售下滑,其中1992年跌了15.2%,1998年跌了14.8%。
中间价也下跌了8.9%到360,000,7月份是395,000。比08年的8月份的447,000下跌了19.
