从数据上说，my dear的技能等级越高，基础能力的加成在等级上的反应越不明显。
现在，my dear是0阶相当于别人的5阶还多，苏预测，my dear 8阶的时候，几乎相当于
别人的10阶（横扫9阶）。
天然呆同学刚出场是9阶，又被使徒buff过，至少应该是接近10阶。所以，小梅要练到8
阶才有一拼之力，伊还有很多进化点要拿。不知道那个弱智“合金兄弟会”够不够分量。 |

院士候选人包刚捏造国际同行高度评价

近日，美国电磁科学院院士谢干权举报包刚国家自然科学二等奖的项目《散
射与反散射问题的数学理论与计算方法》存在学术剽窃。笔者只找到包刚的项目
简介（见附件pdf），其中介绍了他在三个方面的贡献。其中第三部分，包刚写
道：“在纳米光学的研究中，…… 提出了高效自洽算法，被著名物理学家
Malomed高度评价。”
这是包刚的项目简介中，唯一一处提及被国际学者高度评价。笔者知道以色
列特拉维夫大学Boris Malomed教授，是非线性光学、非线性动力学、冷原子物
理等研究领域的国际领军人物。

但是笔者从未听说Malomed提及过包刚。于是发email给Malomed教授询问。
很快Malomed回信说，他压根不认识包刚，也没有评价过他的工作。Malomed教授
