上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名

will have to under-spend for proportional amount of time to fix it. If
you live above your means for 3 decades you will have to live beneath
your means for proportional amount of time going forward. There's no way
around it.
