紧急求助：医生教授未婚夫伙同白女护士们实施家暴骚扰
如果不是出于无奈，也不会在此发帖求助。一直感觉家丑不可外扬，所以在过去的两三
年里再苦再难也只是和远在大洋彼岸的母亲讲讲自己的情况。当身为医生和教授的未婚
夫和他的情人们（其中包括四名护士白女）对我的家暴和伤害愈发严重，不仅影响到

极为优秀的public defender 是有的，就像极为优秀的free clinic doctor
也是有的一样， 但都是凤毛麟角，很多都是被媒体吹嘘出来的。
这个如果你不信的话，去问问法学院的学生就知道了。看看他们有几个会
在毕业后当public defender?
Public defender工资很低，而一般法学院学费很高，所以法学院的毕业生，
只有非常少的会去做这种事情。少数做这种事情的优秀毕业生大部分是有
其他目的的，比方说将来从政，作过public defender 是可以拿来在电视
广告上吹嘘的，就跟中国内部以前什么大学生支援农村教育一样的感觉。
你觉得那个可能是常态么？如果是常态还有什么好吹嘘的？
所以优秀的律师做public defender 一般都不会做很久，很多是很快就去
从政了，或者接一个high profile case 后就去做某政客的顾问了。 |

Duty to Retreat
被威胁者如果有机会逃离威胁，就必须逃离而不是使用暴力自卫。
Stand Your Ground
