，或者当某个情况发生时，要通知某人做事，这个人就是delegate。
delegate几乎都是以PROTOCOL的形式出现，就象LISTENER都是INTERFACE一样。在语义
上，delegate就是一指针。
举个例子吧， 你要做一广告的FRAMEWORK，写了一个adBanner的类，adBanner
有一个方法叫requestAds,这个方法不会即时反回一个广告，而是要另起线程去服务器
上搂广告。就可以设计一个delegate，当广告搂回来的时候由delegate把它显示出来。

和great america parkway，会注意到那里在建一片新的玻璃幕墙的大楼，差不多快建
好了。其中有一座上面巨大的logo，就是global foundries。他们原来的办公楼在237
上880的地方。实际上，就在几天前，我在多个贴里连续提到过这家公司，因为其最近
新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。

算最大的candidate。
general election的rule不能变，各党的最终goal应该要以选出一个在general
election胜算最大的candidate为目标。
因为general election的rule是winner take all，所以primary的rule最不适合采用
winner take all。如何在primary分配各个州的delegate数量，这是我刚才思考的问题
。以共和党为例，比较一下纽约和德州，纽约的delegate比德州多了挺多，但德州共和
党党员数量和投票数量比纽约多了挺多，这等于说纽约的共和党员比德州的共和党员在

还有好几个match point.
5308这个link不错，有对trump的delegate 的专家预测, 看着好像很难。不过这个分析
都是静态的看trump, 没考虑到cruz 很快就会数学上不可能达到1237， 就是remaining
delegates < 1237 - Cruz delegate.
如果假设trump没拿到的delegate都归cruz, 在4月19号纽约之后，cruz拿到563票，还
需674票达到1237， 而剩下的全部票数也就674票。在走一步就是mathematically
impossible. 问题就变成curz跟kasich一样赖皮，还是退选的选择了。

PA的规则是，state wide winner拿17票，这些是at large的，赢了primary就拿到了，
这个老床是没问题的。
PA特别的地方是18个选区共54票是unbounded的。理论上那些delegate是可以在
convention上任意发挥的。
但是！PA的delegate不是党委指定的，而是和总统候选人一起在primary上民选的。而
且delegate candidates在ballot上要指明他们支持哪一个总统候选人的。
所以PA的delegate是会反应民意的。Cruz在做梦！ |
