Questions have arisen surrounding some recent applications for adjustment of
status (I-485) cases filed for derivative (dependent) beneficiaries. The
receipt notices issued for some of these cases reflect the date of the I-485

implicitly declared的了，以至于derived::derived()虽然是implicitly
declared（而且是implicitly defined），但是non-trivial的了，因为
base::base()现在是non-trivial的。
以下是我的推测：对于non-trivial的derived::derived()，它必须能够access
base::~base()。因为当出现exception的时候，如果derived里的base这个子对象
已经被构建了的话，将会被析构(stack unwinding)，所以需要调用base::~base()。 |

近年来，由中国学者创立的“斥力子理论”，经过中国科学院《科技促进发展》《
科技成果管理与研究》、《科技中国》、《中国科技财富》、《中国科技成果》等主流
科技杂志报导后，引起了学术界广泛重视。那么，这一理论究竟有那些观点震动了学术
界，值得人们如此关注呢？
“斥力子理论” 是一种新物质作用理论，实际上也是一种物理哲学理论。它的代
表性文章是《论“斥力子”的存在及其意义》，另外还包括《相对性效应和牛顿定律的
本质》、《物理学中精细结构常数的理论推导与解释》等几十篇论文。同牛顿的苹果从
树上掉下来的万有引力理论相对应，这是一个可称作“苹果如何转移到树上去的‘万有
斥力’理论”。该理论认为，地面的物体一旦动起来，不管方向如何，都具有一种挣脱
地球引力的能力，就好象物体吸收了一种对抗万有引力的物质那样。“斥力子理论”把

quant的工作就是设计并实现金融的数学模型（主要采用计算机编程），包括衍生物定
价，风险估价或预测市场行为等。所以quant更多可看为工程师，按中国的习惯性分类
方法就是理工类人才，而不是文科人才，这个和金融有一定的区别(当然金融也有很多
理工的内容)。
2.有哪几种quant？
a. desk quant
desk quant 开发直接被交易员使用的价格模型. 优势是接近交易中所遇到的money和机
会. 劣势是压力很大.
b. Model validating quant
model validating quant 独立开发价格模型,不过是为了确定desk quant开发的模型的
正确性. 优势是更轻松,压力比较小. 劣势是这种小组会比较没有作为而且远离money.
c. Research quant
Research quant 尝试发明新的价格公式和模型,有时还会执行blue-sky research(不太
清楚是什么). 优势是比较有趣(对喜欢这些人来说),而且你学到很多东西. 劣势是有时

，每个 derived class 有自己的 constructor, methods overriding ，平时观测到的
现象，不过是某个 derived class 的 instance, 所谓的规律不过是这个 derived
class 的 methods，通过观察 objects， 我们能发现一个 class 的 member vars 和
methods，但是这些都是 conditional on 这个 class （譬如宏观世界里的牛顿力学）
，但是我们无法通过观测和实验找到最初的那个 base class. |

前面说要举的例子就是这样子的：
Base中有分配内存，Derived也有分配内存，如果我们有一个指针指向动态分配的
Derived，然后再
把这个指针赋值给指向Base的指针，然后delete指向Base的指针，就会出现内存泄露！
Base *pb;
Derived *pd = new Derived;
pb = pd;
delete pb; //这里就会出现内存泄露的问题
我想我这样解释不知道大家是否明白 |

我如果用 (*pb)::v()，这个是调用Base::v() 还是Derived::v()? 应该是Base::v()吧
。但是如果这样的话，pb就不能指向D,因为D里面指向vtable的指针是指向Derived类的
vtable的。所以，pb 应该指向一个D的一个复制，这个复制中的指针指向Base类的
vtable？
我知道vtable是不变的 但是指向vtable的指针在cast之后变不变啊？ |

。可怕的是leverage。你可以完全不用derivative就上leverage（margin，3x etf），
同样也可以上derivative但是不用leverage。
我经常买卖option。但是因为不用leverage，也就是说买卖的option都能用cash cover
，根本就没什么可怕的。 |

下。中国欧洲美国金融系统都有问题，可能都会crash，但先后次序对不同的国家可能
有不同的结果。如果欧洲的经济还算健康，法德缩小欧元区可能是短痛的比较好的结果
，（前提是derivatives不会拖垮法德）。我觉得现在的金融系统被derivatives搞坏了
，nobody knows what happens如果一个骨牌倒下，no matter how small it looks。
同时很多能影响经济的资金也跑到derivative里去了，没有达到相应的作用。比如，巴
菲特把它那50亿用来赌BAC倒闭或不倒闭，其结果和注资BAC，对经济的影响是不一样的
。如果着手清理derivative的市场，这些钱一旦进入流通领域，通胀马上就起来了。所
以，我怎么看，都无解。感觉已经到了point of no return。
