公司不能裁员，产品不能提高价格。你能控制这些吗？你不能，O8想让全民健保，直接
规定必须买，必须卖，然后保险公司都提高价格。O8能怎样？很多公司保险公司都亏的
退出他的计划了。怎么，下一步政府再规定保险公司亏钱也不能离开，不允许破产，必
须继续亏钱支持政府的计划？LOL
因此，你还不如直接规定，每个人都必须把自己的工资每个月花光，公司必须把利润分给
员工。你能控制吗？提高最低工资？现在美国的工资，公司都外包成这个样子了，继续
提高，现在全球化都这个样子了，你强迫企业给员工多发钱，还不如中国政府自己印钱给
公务员发钱,中国至少用的是国家的钱。把企业的钱都发给员工就是挽救经济？不就是

第一，航空公司的所有客服口径都是一致的，而且即使他们说的你不相信，fare rule
里白纸黑字写的规定都是公开的，明确的，有法律效力的。你买票钱，买票过程中，买
完票以后，随时都可以查到你买的票的fare rule，航空公司在退票改票的时候也严格
按照自己的fare rule办事，如果他们不这么做，你去打官司，到哪里都是赢的
每个代理的说法都是不一样的，甚至同一个代理的说法每次都是不一样的，没有什么白
纸黑字的条款，即使有恐怕也不会给顾客看，所以他们说什么就是什么。遇到纠纷如果
要打官司，顾客没有任何的法律依据
另外，这里退过票后重新买的人多了去了。别的不说，2009年typ devaluation前无数
人就买票后退了无数的credit，后来的几年陆陆续续买了无数的票，毫无问题，我就用
退的credit/voucher买了上百张票，估计比你一辈子买过的票都多（当然了，如果你是
代理，那我只能自叹弗如了）
对啊，代理花400多就可以从航空公司搞来1000多的票，一转手就能翻个两三倍，这个
利润绝对是体力和智力的结晶，是代理付出优质服务（不包括退票服务）的回报，怎么

又打电话去问，还没解决！！！！
是现在不能买了呢还是买的太多被盯上了呢？
更生气的是，电话里跟我说了一大堆，我说那你发封email说下我的单cancel了吧，愣
是不写，还说已经跟我说的很清楚什么他们公司有详细的电话记录什么的；后来我又要
求写，又去问supervisor，说24-48小时内给我发电邮。。。上周五打的电话，结果到
现在都没收到任何电邮。。。今天我又打电话去。。。
CSR又东找西找的，最后告诉我，收到的卡就用吧。没收到的，GC部门现在也不知道
distribution center有没有处理，如果寄出了我收到就用吧；如果没寄呢就把钱退给
我原来的卡，还要等GC部门下午电我。。。麻烦死了
而且我在GAP网站上找了半天，也没见到哪疙瘩写着不许用GC买GC的！！！很不爽！！
