Volcker was the chairman of the Fed. It was called Plaza Accord. Did the
American standard of living decline dramatically after 1985? No, it was one
of the best 15 years in the history of American equity.
Doomsday forecasters have always existed in the human history. But move on,
there is nothing terrible associated with 50% dollar decline. |

gt项目对于phd是很划算的。便宜，而且就算online项目devalued，georgia tech再怎
么样，CS top20是有的吧？而且最后的degree还一样

房子是2006的,据说是专门修台风屋的builder建的,房子构造主体应该非常结实.可是所
有的细节就都很简单. 我们估计是房主找builder修好了以后,自己DIY.所以房子的所有
墙角,门的trim都很糟糕,主卧的leminate地板居然几块还有缝隙.这样子,房子devalue
不少.房子年初上了market现在都没有卖出去.
我们想如果买这个房子的话,就要把这些东西都弄好了才搬进去,否则以后卖就很麻烦.
这些东西7788要fix的话,预算大概多少?房子2900sqft,两层,感觉每个房间的trim都要
重新caulking,有些木头边角可能还要换过,那地板有缝该怎么办??? |
